Aaron was extremely professionally and thorough in my HVAC tune up check! He explained all activities he was performing and also answered all of my questions that came up during his inspection. He identified some potential future issues and offered possible solutions.

Our septic tank backed up in a big way. Progressive was at our house within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, had someone out in another hour or two to drain the tank for us and unclog the pipes. They were friendly, professional, incredibly prompt, and the price was surprisingly low. We are very, very pleased.

We are so happy with our experience with Troy and Progressive Service Company. Troy was friendly, professional, communicative and so helpful. He made our call a priority and worked really hard with my changing schedule the day of installation. He gave me tips on our new garbage disposal and the whole experience was really great. Plumbing issues are always tough and with Troy is was easy. I plan to request him again on future projects.

These guys are great. 2nd time using this company (different services) and both times they were on time, quick, friendly, and best of all, reasonably priced. Couldn t be happier with the service they provided. Everett was our tech to relocate a gas line in our house. Took him a ~1 hour to complete the job the gas company refused to do. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this company.

We went through Costco to attempt to purchase a Lennox system for an HVAC replacement ($7-12K). Costco referred us to Progressive. At the beginning, they responded to our emails and the salesman came out and gave me a quote which he revised a few times for us. However, once we started to ask more questions, he simply stopped responding. We were trying to negotiate the best possible price and determine which system was within our budget. We were told by other companies that they were extremely high priced. We were getting a rebate back from Costco and it seemed like Progressive simply raised their prices since we were getting a rebate through Costco. The salesman never responded to our last phone calls or emails. We were ready to purchase and had financing approved through a lender that worked with them. We simply had more questions to help us make a decision. We ended up going with another company and transferred the financing because they simply stopped responding. Very unprofessional and they missed a sale.

We had a new dishwasher installed by Progressive Service Company which was subcontracted through a purchase we made at Lowes. I'm not sure how the company does with other services but have heard they are on the high side. So the reason I am writing this review and giving it a 5 is solely based on the service technician Marcus. He was one of the most professional individuals I've ever dealt with on a install or repair. If this company has awards or promotions for individuals that go above and beyond Marcus deserves it.

Marcus installed my new garbage disposal. He was on time, professional, and did the job right. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am writing to give Noah my highest commendation. My dishwasher was extremely difficult to install. Noah worked tirelessly to install it correctly. He was courteous, friendly, and answered all questions, and I had many, specifically and clearly. I was impressed with his skill level. Noah was professional, and his excellent social skills enabled him to meld professionalism with patience and genuine caring. In addition he demonstrated precisely how to use all features of the machine. Again, I could not give him a higher commendation. I feel sure that he is more than capable of performing any task with which he is presented in an exemplary manner. Thank you for sending such a skilled worker.

I called when my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. They were here in 4 hours and had the air back on in less than 30 minutes. Honest technician, very friendly and gave good long-term advice. When my unit finally kicks the can they will be getting my business again.

Progressive Service Company is highly reputable and highly professional. I've had them out for sink installation, dishwasher installation and now to install a new hot water heater. I should have taken the time previously to post a review, but I got busy and time slipped by.

This time, however, Aaron's service, the plumber that helped me out, was so above and beyond, that I have to take the few minutes to post a positive review. I originally called because we were losing water pressure on hot water. Aaron gave me the bad news that my 20 year old water heater was about halfway filled with sediment and really needed to be replaced. The price he quoted me for a new 50 gal felt a bit high, but he was very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and assured me that the majority of the cost was going towards a top quality heater.

Still, I wanted to do my own research and I told him I'd reschedule the work. What I found out is that if I went with a Lowe's or Home Depot brand, I might be able to save a few hundred, but they would take weeks to get my scheduled and their brand options were nearly as energy efficient or reliable. I called back Progressive and rescheduled. They said they could have Aaron back out the next morning.

Not only did Aaron come back the next morning, as friendly and professional as can be, and install the new hot water heater, but he also took a look at a minor leak I was having under my kitchen sink and resealed a couple of the joints without me even needing to ask. Progressive has won my business for as long as I'm in the area, and I hope they reward and take of employees like Aaron.

Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Always great service.

They were courteous and on time. The service rep advised us of everything he was doing before he did it. They cleaned up any mess they made as well as the water that leaked out and puddled from the water heater.

They charged us a $59 fee for coming out, which was not explained up front when we scheduled them.

After barely investigating our clogged drain situation, they gave us a quote between $750-$1500 to clear the drain. We opted for a second opinion, and the second opinion plumber cleared it with a plunger.

We won't be calling Progressive again.

We had them replace 3 old style round vowels with modern ball valves which are much more reliable. One was on the main water feet into our house which makes it a bit tricky to replace. James did an excellent job spilling only about a 1/2 cup of water, Remarkable considering how many feet of pipe are in a home and holding little dribs of water ready to leak out when you open that main feed pipe. He also fix a leaky faucet while he was here. The estimate for all that work was exactly what I was charged. Very happy.

William is a great guy. Explained everything to me in detail about the repair and what was most cost effective. Highly recommended!

Progressive was sent to install a replacement electric water heater from Lowes and the technician quoted $724 for the install! Called their competitor and was quoted $95 per hour. What a ripoff!

Jonathan was friendly, professional and punctual. He made himself available via email after hours and he walked me through the step by step process of the insulation of my hot water tank. I was very satisfied and have referred them to others.

Fantastic Company from CSR to Brian the tech who came to diagnose my a/c issue. Brian was very professional, was on time and very friendly. He worked efficiently and quickly diagnosed my plugged a/c drain. I was very happy that it was a minor issue and that Brian was able to quickly get my system up and running again. Thank you so much Brian...my dogs and I are very grateful!

Progressive installed my whole-house generator and did a great job. They do the routine maintenance on it as well. I had also called them for an electrical issue I had, and Danny F. looked beyond the obvious and found the cause of the problem and fixed it on the spot. He is a true professional who knows his stuff! From the moment you call, until the work is done, you are treated as a valued customer. Couldn t ask for better service.

I had maintenance done on a toilet in my home a month ago and the toilet continues to leak. Horrible customer service experience from the time I contacted Progressive. They have no returned any of my calls in over 2 weeks now and the toilet is still broken. If you need reliable service or want good customer service, avoid this company.

Quality work at a fair price. The technician, Aaron R, was professional in every sense of the word. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and the cost to fix up front, performed the work, and then showed me what he did. At no time did he try to upsell me to a new HVAC unit, which I greatly appreciated. Well done!

Decent job at the front end and actual installation. Totally screwed up the back end leaving open two doors in an unfinished area (partly my bad for not checking sooner) and am still waiting for the old water heater to be hauled away four weeks (agreed for it to be left due to weather and ground conditions on installation day. Three weeks have passed and have now been told to go ahead and contact Home Depot directly as they have no idea at this point when they might be able to remove it. btw, this involves a purchase and installation in Hendersonville, NC.

Sunday morning 10:00, placed a call to their office. Mark called me within five minutes. I had a four inch water line burst seven feet below a parking lot. Mark had it repaired as he promised by 6:00 p.m. On a Sunday, and he was as pleasant and professional as anyone I've met. Great people, great company. They've got it all together.

Craig came earlier as he had a cancelled appt. Everything went well and he was patient, efficient and explained things well. A pleasant experience.
He was willing to wear a mask and respect the COVID conditions.

Progressive is my go to company for all plumbing issues. I have been working with them since last summer on a number of issues. Justin and Jillyce consistently impress me. Jillyce does a great job communicating and organizing service calls. I trust Justin implicitly to diagnose issues, repair them and help me stay within my budget. I also have learned a great deal from him about plumbing in general. I can t say enough about how positive my experience has been!

The technician, Jerry was very professional. Did a great job installing my dishwasher. Cleaned up any mess. Would definitely use them again.

The technician showed up in a Swiftbrothers plumbing truck but was wearing a Progressive Service Company shirt. My water bill had been creeping up and we determined it was a leaking toilet valve. He gave me 3 estimates..... 1-turn water off from main and replace toilet valve $325. 2-turn water off back of toilet and replace toilet valve $225. 3-turn off water at main install new main shut off add an expansion tank, and replace toilet valve $2,300.00. I paid the service call went to Home Depo bought the best toilet valve I could get for $20 and replace it myself. Took more time to drive to Home Depo then to drain the tank and replace the part.

Only real issue was I had to make quite a few calls/texts to get an update. Communication could have been better as I was left in the dark as to what would happen next and when. Sometimes one week would go by with no work being done or telling me what is next. Their field employees/workers Cole, Kraig and Marcus, along with Supervisor Keith Foss, were accessible. COVID-19 put this project on a long delay.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time. Justin was thorough and professional. Thank you for sending Justin and Tim my way. The attitude they showed doing their work made it easy for me to ask questions about my plumbing; Justin took time to answer and gave feedback to help me prepare to get other work done toward my plumbing. Bill U. installed an over the range microwave for us. This is the third microwave we've had installed. He completed the job quickly, even though he had to reinstall a brace. The finished product was much better than the previous installations. The work was very neat, and he attached the cord to the wall. I didn't even know that was possible. The previous installers never bothered with it. He vacuumed up when he was finished. I highly recommend him. Great attention to detail.

Jimmie was on top of everything. Did restoration work efficiently, professionally, and clearly described his work. Super nice guy. He also explained the additional work needed for Progressive Services to complete my home restoration.

Justin is a true professional! He, along with his apprentice, took care of all our plumbing needs, explaining what was necessary and how much it would cost before going ahead with the repairs. He was able to take care of us within 24 hours of our call, and was here when he said he would be. I would definitely recommend him and this company.

Crystal, in the front office, was great at scheduling the service and keeping us informed of the technician's progress. When Joe S. arrived, he got right to the annual cooling inspection. Does $640 sound like a reasonable charge to install a standard garbage disposal? Normal cost is $185. We even bought the replacement disposal all we needed was the installation. Never ever have had an issue in over 25 yrs from previous replacements. The technician was there less than 2 hrs. Was told additional work was necessary to put in a longer electrical cord and pipe. Suspicious....be aware...before calling for service. Hope can resolve this reasonably. What a bummer for Christmas.

Michael P. From Progressive was courteous, professional and excellent in every way. He called my cell to,alert me of his ETA, arrived before I did, had everything ready for my dishwasher installation, removed the broken washer, replaced it with the new and awesome Bosch, tested it, and cleaned up as if he had never even been there. The entire appt was fast, efficient and easy.

Progressive was assigned to our installation by the Lowes appliance team and while I was unaware of them, my experience was so good that I will be calling Progressive in the future for all of our household needs.

I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Andrew S. and Terrence M. These young men were such sweet and patient professionals. I did not have the necessary equipment to complete the installation of the faucet and these young men left and came back after my mother went to the store and purchased the equipment needed to finish the job. I am so grateful that they were understanding and patient. Thank you Andrew and Terrence for going above and beyond!!!! Great job!!!!

Roland was amazing to work with! Not only was he professional but he also explained each step that needed to be done. I was impressed with how clean he was able to keep everything in the middle of such a mess. He left everything clean every time he left which made it feel less stressful. Cant say enough about Progressive or Roland!

I was really impressed with the Progressive Technician, Ken N. He did an excellent job of uninstalling and installing fixtures at my parents home. He was very nice and answered any inquiries we had.

Darryl was very knowledgeable and honest in providing an estimate for a new HVAC. The guys that installed it were very nice and respectful. They told me their names right up front (which I unfortunately forgot). My kids loved the tarps and "red carpet" they put down to protect our floors.

Ivan called that he was en route and would be here within 20-minutes. Right on time. Ivan was exceptionally professional, possessed skill and knowledge and was friendly. He was kind enough to carry the heavy boxed microwave from our driveway to the kitchen. Exchange was swift and exact. Ivan explained the functions of the new oven and even answered our questions regarding our dishwasher! ... Progressive is fortunate to have Ivan as a team member. He is an outstanding ambassador for the company. We wish him and the entire Progressive team the best. Because of this encounter, we are moving our HVAC and Genrac service contract from our current provider to Progressive.

JASON AND JOHN DID A GREAT JOB, FIXING A WATER LEAK UNDER MY DRIVE WAY.THE LAYED A NEW PIPE UNDER MY DRIVE WAY IN THE GROUND, BY CONNECTING IT TO THE METER.AND ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE TO THE EXISTING CABLE. THEY USED A BOBCAT TO GET IT DONE.THEY. THEY WERE POLITE AND A HAPPY TEAM! I ENJOYED THEM

The company was well represented by sending Jimmie Cassie to my home. Jimmie treated my home as if it was his own. He did excellent work to ensure that the water damage was kept to a minimum. Jimmy installed the needed equipment to remediate my water situation in the basement. He also made periodic visits to check on the progress as well. You guys at Progressive should be proud of the way Mr. Cassie represented your company!!!

Martin has come to our house two times for plumbing repair, and both times we are very pleased with his work and his attitude. He has always been very pleasant and open for questions. He loves his work and his passion shows. We will gladly have him back whenever we need plumbing work done. He is one of a kind .He was very prompt and showed up on time and did his work outstandingly well. I would highly recommend him to anyone .

We ve used Progressive for years and have always been satisfied with the results. This time our AC quit working and we called Progressive. They sent someone out that afternoon and cleaned a section of the condensation line that we didn t know about. That was clogged badly and man, was it gross! The repairman was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and we had a bunch! He was great. We will continue to use them when we have plumbing and AC issues.

Clint showed up when he said he would and checked out all the work we needed done. He made suggestions for what we need and did a very thorough job. We are waiting for his quote before proceeding. He seemed to know what is expected of an electrician and we were pleased with his visit.

Progressive Service Company installed our new GE dishwasher with great ease! Our service was completed on a Sunday, so it easily fit into our schedule. When dropping off the dishwasher, the contractor did not deliver the dishwasher kit. But without any effort, Martin made it all work out. He installed the dishwasher in a short window of time. Martin was personable and knowledgable. Overall, our Progressive Service experience was 5 Star service!

We bought a faucet and the installation has been through progressive, and no one has been responsive to our calls. This is extremely unprofessional, and I would never recommend them. Again, we are constantly calling on the weekdays and all they ever say is "everyone from the installation dept has left" or they won't pick up the call.

They removed old solar panels from our roof and replaced our water heater. Very happy with the service! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I needed a toilet install, so I used Progressive Service Company. I wasn't familiar with Progressive Company, but the company works with Lowe's and Home Depot. Anyway, Kevin and Shane of Progressive Service Company did a great job. The two removed my old toilet, installed the new one, and explained the installation warranty. I thought the toilet installation would take a lot longer but they were finished in no time, and I was able to make my meeting for work. If you need a toilet install, I highly recommend them.

Noah M. was great. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had purchased other toilet rings through Lowes and he told me they were good, but not useable in this situation. He took the time to explain why, what I should purchase when exchanging these. He also was not bothered by my grandson watching from a distance. He took the time to explain and show him how he removed the toilet and how he installed the new one. He cleaned up the work area and left nothing behind. I am going to be replacing two more toilets, and am going to request Lowes send Progressive Service Co., and Noah M. out again. I highly recommend both the company and plumber.

Progressive want to charge me $687 and I still have a leak and they actually provided no service besides calling a third party to find the source of my water leak. Scheduling give you the runaround and they can t keep their word or appointments but they are really great at collecting payment in time. Do yourself a favor and call another plumber/HVAC contractor!!

I used Progressive today to have what turned out to be a small plumbing problem corrected. Larry was the plumber assigned and he did an excellent job, showed me what was wrong and fixed it inexpensively. Very cordial and friendly person also. I will use these guys in the future and suggest that you do to.

Uros was awesome! Very knowledgeable, and gave me options when there was a snag. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and what the different possibilities could be. Was respectful of my home, was nice to my dog, Jake, and was in and out quickly. I would absolutely recommend.

The technician arrived on time, installed the microwave and cleaned up in record time. He had to fit a new microwave into the old duct work by trimming the duct work. I was very satisfied with his work and pleasant manner.

Jeremy F is a true professional. He is thorough and checks all aspects of his work. He installed a new dishwasher for our home. The first dishwasher had a dent which could have caused a seal issue. Jeremy noticed it and told my wife. He took it back to the store without being asked (his recommendation). Some installers would have gone ahead and installed it, but I so appreciate Jeremy's professionalism in this case. We got the 2nd dishwasher, he installed it, checked it thoroughly, and tested it for us. I highly recommend him and the company.

I waited over a week after the purchase of the dishwasher from Lowe's before they called. On the day of the installation the guy came in and spent 5 minutes here and then called somebody named Ivan. They did a two minute FaceTime and told me I could pay more money or they wouldn't install it because of the location in my kitchen. Literally less than ten minutes to try and get the old machine out. It was foamed because of mice by the previous owner I think. Why would my house pass inspection if something was wrong with the location of the unit I'm replacing? There was a large installation fee i had paid at Lowe's and the salesman told me "they will professionally install it right". If you do purchase from Lowe's make sure you get a different installer. The absolute worst.

My experience with Progressive was EXCELLENT, field/service Justin Sanders and Mike Houle did a wonderful job. Their knowledge and eye for detail was impressive, they came in and right to work. Very professional and yet very friendly, i recommend this company service ANYTIME. Thank you Justin and Mike for the EXCELLENT job done :)

I made an appointment and signed a contract w Progressive Service Company, Raleigh, NC, 2 weeks prior to yesterday for them to come disconnect/reconnect a kitchen sink so the ripout of a sink/countertop and a template could be made today to facillitate the cutting and install of a granite counter top and stainless steel sink, and faucet assembly. They gave me a window to arrive for today from 8am to 1pm. They phoned me at 12:45pm yesterday and left a phone message that, "their plumber had an emergency to deal with", and needed to, "cancel the appointment". Progressive disrupted my plans for this plumbing disconnect with a 'last minute' message about 'their' problem. They had no contingency plan. No other plumber was available (as big a company as Progressive is). They did not honor their part of their own contract? COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISRUPTIVE!!! I will never use or refer them to anyone. I finally gathered the impression they didn't want to hear the complaint when I called them back after receiving their 12:45pm cancelletion. Dysfunctional bunch... AArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Progressive installed two commodes in my home and did an excellent job. Tevin and his partner Dayman were prompt, courteous, efficent and did an excellent job.Tevin was very meticulous in caulking on my hardwood floors around the commode.Very happy with the finished job.

This was my first experience with Progressive. Everything was exactly as it had been conveyed to me. The technician, Steve was nice and knowledgeable. I was told I would receive a call at 7:30 the morning of my appointment, and I was called exactly at 7:30 with an update as to when my technician would arrive.
Good experience overall with Progressive.

Progressive did such poor-quality work in my home that it has had to be gutted to the studs and subfloor! It will cost more than $30,000 in time and materials to REPLACE, REPAIR, and COMPLETE the work they were contracted to do in 8 weeks and couldn t accomplish in 4 months.

Use anyone but Progressive. They don't care about you, your time, or your home.

They wasted time and materials, and dragged out their own 8 week timeline to 4 months before walking off the unfinished job entirely.
- Their Project Coordinator Vickie McNeil or their Project Manager Tony Lutz would tell me workers were coming, the crew wouldn't show, and the workers and scheduling staff would tell me they were scheduled on different jobs and didn't know when they would be back. Vickie's replacement Louis Barber, wouldn t respond or would only give a few minutes or hours notice someone was coming at all.
- Louis Barber tried to submit a false structural engineering report to City of Raleigh Inspection to avoid structural work. Thankfully, I had paid out of pocket for a real structural engineer s onsite assessment and report noting the additional joist work to support the weight over our kitchen table. (Yikes!)
- Progressive Service Company demoed our 1st floor kitchen ceiling for 2nd floor plumbing work and left it a mess for 5 weeks while only showing up a few days over that time.
- Even after being so far behind, Louis and their crews admitted they were pulled off my job to work on Progressive Service Company owner's house.
- They didn t install the backer board to the subfloor correctly so the floor tile that was laid and grouted cracked along the seam and all had to be demoed.
- They incorrectly installed a 6 foot soaking tub which the manufacturer would not warranty. After trying to shift it 3 times to correct their mistake (wasting additional weeks) they cracked it and a new tub still had to be ordered and installed adding more delay.
- After Louis said his crew would return to complete the manufacturer's instructed second waterproofing coat and after receiving pictures of the holes through the cement board that were empty of waterproofing in addition to the window frame missing waterproofing Louis Barber refused to send them to complete this step.
- Their subcontractor Victor Miller of VM Home Improvement decided to litter our home and numerous places in our yard with their trash, including sharp pieces of glass and ceramic tile, instead of hauling it away.
- When their sub Victor Miller walked off the job after being caught spot bonding wet area walls instead of proper notched trowel mortar installation Louis blamed me, the homeowner.... wrap your head around that one.

Progressive Services provided excellent, on-time service for the installation of my dishwasher. The scheduler was polite and helpful and kept me informed of the exact time frame to expect the installers. Ivan (the technician) was courteous and showed detailed knowledge of the product he installed and took time to insure that I understood how to operate the new dishwasher. I was Completely satisfied with my experience with Progressive. I recommend the company and staff highly.

Not only are they the most expensive company that ive ever dealt with but there technician wasnt even licensed. There management was even worse. I belive the guys name was subal. He was unable to answer any of my questions and said he would get back to me and never did then he stopped answering my calls all together. I cant believe home depot would allow this side show company to represent them as a contractor. Do yourself a favor and find your own plumber. Make sure you let your friens know to stay as far away from them as possible unless you want an unlicensed technician that works for a company that could care less about you in you home.

I had an appointment yesterday for a quotation for water heater replacement. Called the phone number in the text message twice to confirm the appointment. The lady confirmed the appointment with the tech. Twice. My appointment window was from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. No one from Progressive Plumbing arrived. No follow up phone call. No follow up text. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed Home Depot associates with this company. Progressive Plumbing reflects poorly on Home Depot. Avoid this company.

Horrible customer service from this company. Do not use!! The service technician failed to fix the issue I called about and then the company still hasn't sent a second technician out in almost a month! They do not call you back, they do not perform professional service, and their customer service is horrible. Do not let all of these fake reviews fool you! They charge way too much for the level of service.

CJ arrived early, gave us an estimate and went right to work. He answered all my questions and completed the work in a professional manner. The installation looks great! We will not hesitate to hire him for our future plumbing needs. As for Kimberly, five stars for her as well. She was very helpful and made sure we had all the details that we needed. Overall, excellent work by Progressive.

We bought a faucet and the installation has been through progressive, and no one has been responsive to our calls. This is extremely unprofessional, and I would never recommend them. Again, we are constantly calling on the weekdays and all they ever say is "everyone from the installation dept has left" or they won't pick up the call.

Progressive was great, both technicians were polite, punctual, and professional. Martin did a great job explaining everything to me. I booked them through Lowe s, and Lowe s was a dumpster fire of a mess the whole process and I almost cancelled three times when Lowe s mishandled the paperwork, but Progressive was so helpful they made it work. Next time I will book with them directly and avoid the Lowe s train wreck.
