Everette was very professional and came out right away and capped of my Hot Water Heater that burst. The next morning he was at my home with assistance and installed a new Hot water heater in my attic in about 90 minutes. We tested everything worked great. I appreciate the quick response of this emergency which could have been a disaster.

I had my water heater replaced in Dec. 2019 by this company. They charged a great deal of money to do it on a weekend ($3000) and 15 months later the pilot light would not stay lit. The install of this new expensive water heater had water lines that the technician did not properly insulate, did not insulate the back up tank at the top, the exhaust pipe was not at slanted up like it is supposed to be, and I did not have the correct length of pipe coming out that is supposed to be only a few inches off the ground. I called them to come fix the pilot light in March 2021. They charged me about $250 for labor and the only thing the plumber did was replace a thermal couple lead. This new lead did NOT fix the problem. The plumber guessed that it was the controller and did not have this part. I had to call RUDD (water heater manufacturer) to order the part which was going to take 2-4 days to arrive. I was then going to have to pay another ~ $300 if not more, for labor to install this new controller a few days later and take time off of work. There was not a guarantee this controller was the issue and would fix the pilot light problem. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY for water heater work. They install water heaters they do not carry parts for and although it is under warranty they will charge you out the wazoo for labor changing things that may not even fix the problem. I found out using another company to fix my water heater, which I actually ended up replacing, that RUDD water heaters are known for gas valve issues. The plumber / technician from Progressive did not mention one thing about a gas valve issue. He also had no diagnostic tool to determine if in fact what he replaced and then suggested replacing would correct the problem. I say again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Progressive Heating and Air treats their Employees terribly!!! In their HVAC department they have a supervisor named Moses. Moses shows favoritism!! If your not his "friend " you will not last long as an employee!! Moses has a very disrespectful way of talking to his employees. Obviously it's ok with the other managers of the company because Brian allows Moses to disrespect his Employees too!!! Please use a company that values their Employees!!!!!!

Mark did some plumbing work for me in the crawlspace under the bathroom and I highly recommend him. He was efficient and communicated clearly with me through the process. I haven't had any issues since with my drains since and it's been a year since the service was done!

Noah was courteous and careful. He took the time to ensure his workspace was safe (electrical and water were off). He worked quickly but did not take short cuts. He was wise to ask my wife for her feedback before locking down the dishwasher. I would be happy to have Noah do another install in my home.

Needed to have faucet in kitchen replaced as well as the hot water valve replace. The tech told me that due to the top shelf under the sink he was not able to reach in to remove old faucet. He told me to contact a handyman to have the shelf remove and he would return, then charged me $70:00 for coming out to tell me to tear out a shelf under my sink. I called another company and not only was he able to replace the faucet and the valve, he replaced some of the piping that was no longer good. The tech from Progressive even got under the sink and did not mention that I may need to replace some of the pipes, only tear up the shelving. Will never contact this business again!

Mercy! I know we're in a pandemic, but people who are blessed to still be working shouldn't be slacking off. Progressive did the job they were called to do... but damaged structures in my home in the process. Smh... I really don't need this right now: having to file a report and wait for the damage (done by them) to be repaired! And they wore no PPE gear! HELLO! We're weathering a PANDEMIC... People are seriously ill from the virus and many have died! Get it together PROGRESSIVE... or close your business until this is over!! Smh...

We were in desperate need when our powder room toilet overflowed. Water was in our powder room, hall, family room, kitchen pantry and flowed into our crawl space. It was a disgusting mess. Progressive was the first company to arrive. I called several.

With all of our towels sopping up the mess Progressive plumbers quickly fixed the clogs in our sewage line and kitchen sink. Our hardwood flooring was ruined. Jimmie Cassie and Caleb Hemphill came in quickly and professionally helping us through the remediation process. They dried our floors and crawl space. They removed the insulation and damaged hardwoods. They cleaned everything up and treated our home and possessions (and dog) with great concern and care.

They made a messy situation tolerable and eased our stress. Would highly recommend.

Dwayne and Larry were top notch plumbers on my project. They first made sure they understand all details about the project. Then they were quick and kind as they got the job done. To wrap things up, they asked me to confirm whether I was 100% satisfied.

I have used Progressive Service Company for my HVAC and Whole-House Generator services for a few years. So, I thought I'd have them do some plumbing as well. Joe and Progressive did not disappoint. They are a trust-worthy company to deal with and offer great services with knowledgeable technicians.

We had Progressive install a new kitchen sink, disposal, and faucet in our home. Our plumber, Michael P., was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Michael enough -- he was extremely kind and answered all our questions about our installation as well as offered advice about the disposal we had purchased. Thanks again, Michael!

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company. My HVAC naturally went out on the 4th of July. I gave the company a call and they said they could have a technician call and give me the after hours rate (first off, I know it's a holiday but you are a 24 hour service so how is this after hours?). Anyway, I agreed to the call.

No one called.

The next morning they did call promptly around 830 and said a technician would be there between 1-3 and would call when they were 20 minutes out. 245 rolls around and I have heard nothing. Finally at 3 I received a call saying they would be there in 35 minutes. An hour and a half later no one has shown up so I call. The woman puts me on hold and calls the technician. She says the technician was outside. Well, that was a lie. It was another ten minutes before the technician showed up.

He was nice and a young kid so I didnt want to take my frustrations out on him but goodness gracious the scheduling and communication from this company is atrocious. I know it's hot and after a holiday so I am sure there were many emergencies, but how hard is it to communicate all of that to a customer? Will not be using again.

Consummate professional, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I made the decision to enter into an annual service agreement on the strength of this business, and would not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

CK arrived on time, and gave us estimates for both repair and replacement. When we decided to replace the faucet on our kitchen sink, he purchased the item and returned to install it. When he had finished the installation, he discovered that the finish was marred. He removed the faucet he had just installed, returned it to the supplier, and obtained a replacement, which he installed. We were extremely pleased with his professional performance and his commitment to customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend Progressive Service Co. and their skilled and friendly employees.

This is the worst company you can imagine. I was out of town for the Easter Holiday and a renter of a property I own had a problem with septic backing up. I was in the mountains with no cell service so he called Progressive. They determined that the tank needed to be pumped. The Cost $1,100.00 for a job I typically pay $200.00 to have done. I know it was a holiday but if a company is going to be open on that day then it is open. You don't pay inflated costs when you go to Walmart just because it is open on a holiday. They are only open on a holiday in hopes of being able to gouge people. If you call the office and ask how much to have a septic tank pumped they will tell you $325.00 that is there standard price which is higher than I normally pay but still a third of my cost

I had terrible luck with my dishwasher, got it delivered the 1st time and Noah came out and he noticed it was damaged. Had to wait another week to get a new one delivered. I requested to have Noah come back out because he was so nice and helpful. He just came out today and though the dishwasher was a tad to tall he made it work. He is super nice and did a great job installing my dishwasher. I totally recommend him!

Very pleased with the shower valve replacement service I received from Progressive and specifically Justin Sanders, the service technician. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to get along with. Top notch work! Would recommend!

The technician was very knowledgeable. After assessing the problem of an outdoor leaky faucet, he very clearly presented my repair options before beginning the repair work. He informed me that he could not give me the complete assessment without first removing some parts. After removing the parts, he was able to fix the problem immediately and at a very reasonable cost. I'm very pleased with the level of communication and service provided. I will be contacting progressive again when I'm in need of another repair.

Shane B. was on time for both scheduled appointments, he was very professional and courteous and performed an outstanding plumbing job at my home. he answered all my questions with great feedback and helpful hints/suggestions to maintain the work that was done. I would definitely use and recommend Progressive service company for plumbing needs.

Technician Joe H. made my day! He was able to come behind another plumber that claimed the issue was larger than life but was really an easy fix. I have water pressure back in my showers I haven't seen in YEAR! Fast service. Excellent customer service, and Joe was very clean, making NO MESS anywhere. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!

Progressive was great from start to finish. The price was about what I expected to pay, and in the grand scheme of things, much less than it could have been.

The staff did as they said they would every step along the way, which is always appreciated. They set you up with a morning or afternoon window of expected service and then call about a 1/2 hour ahead to give you time to get back to the house should you need.

My technician was courteous and very knowledgeable and as he came there for an AC repair, he let me know that they do Plumbing and Electrical as well. I would most definitely recommend Progressive!!!!

Noah M. Was my service technician today. What should have been a straight forward job turned out to
be not so straight forward. If Noah had not handled it the way he did things may not have turned out as well as they did. He knew who to talked to and what I needed and he got it straight for me. He completed the job and everything looks great. I appreciate what he did and I would absolutely reccomend him.
