Ivan called that he was en route and would be here within 20-minutes. Right on time. Ivan was exceptionally professional, possessed skill and knowledge and was friendly. He was kind enough to carry the heavy boxed microwave from our driveway to the kitchen. Exchange was swift and exact. Ivan explained the functions of the new oven and even answered our questions regarding our dishwasher! ... Progressive is fortunate to have Ivan as a team member. He is an outstanding ambassador for the company. We wish him and the entire Progressive team the best.
