They were courteous and on time. The service rep advised us of everything he was doing before he did it. They cleaned up any mess they made as well as the water that leaked out and puddled from the water heater.

Outstanding service! Clint promptly responded to my initial emergency call after my pipes burst. He was in Savannah all they way from Wilmington, NC. He quickly discovered the source of the leak (unfortunately, it was under a 4-in concrete slab).
Clint and Christian were both highly knowledgeable, personable, and extremely hard-working. This was a huge job--a full re-piping, front to back, of a 2700 sq ft home. They worked 7:30 am to after 9 pm most days, in 100 degree attic temperatures and outside, to get it all done in less than 5 days, even with a full day and a half delay for inspection. Clint helped me tremendously with detailed information my insurance company needed.

Friendly service. I was in another room when CJ said leak was fixed and he ran the water and all was good. He left and I then checked for myself and ran the water and there was still a leak. Luckily I caught him before he drove away and he came back in and fixed the leak. Checked myself before he left again. Not sure I'll call this company again. Was expensive for 15 minutes of work.
They were to install appliances that were delivered by Home Depot a week ago. They never showed up and they did not call me to let me know that they were not installing my appliances. Poor customer service!

Kevin C. installed the dishwasher we purchased from Home Depot. He worked carefully, efficiently, and skillfully. His many years of experience as a plumber and his ten years of experience installing dishwashers were evident in the high caliber of his work. After he removed the old dishwasher, he afforded me time to thoroughly clean the space, which I hadn t been able to access for 14 years, before he installed the new dishwasher. We are extremely pleased with his work!
I had back up problem in my bathrooms and called progressive and the plumbers came earlier than I expected. They were very polite and very knowledgeable about the problem. The job ended up being more difficult because the clean out valve was located under the house where there is no space. I decided to have it move it out from underneath the house to make it easier in the future. They spent hours digging and getting to the sewer pipe and there were even more complications because of the building codes back in the 70s and how pipes were laid out. But through all The obstacles they Persevered and found that the problem was not with my pipes but with the city/county. Both James and Logan were absolutely fantastic and worked for two days to get everything fixed so I could use the bathrooms. I would recommend those two for an award for their patience, perseverance, And excellence at their job. Progressive is my go to place for any problems that need fixing.

With hurricane Irma looming, I called to get help with my portable home generator that would not start. After a debacle regarding the initial installation of our Bosch dishwasher, the 2nd crew led by Michael Patterson with assistance from John Gloss corrected well the issues in a professional manner. We did find out after the Bosch rep replaced the dented handle (as initially delivered) we were told by Bosch rep that two brackets still needed to be installed behind bottom plate. Bosch immediately mailed and we are awaiting the return of the Progressive Service Rep (hopefully Michael) to install to hopefully complete fully the installation!!

Progressive Service Company installed our new gas range and they did an excellent job. Emily was prompt in contacting me to schedule a time and they were very flexible. The morning of the install I was contacted by the install team and they informed me that they were going to inspect the new range at Lowes and would call me if there were any issues. There were no issues. They installed the new range and took away the old one. They also turned on the new range to burn off factory oils and then gave us a tip to not cook our favorite meals until after we had backed some bread to absorb the remaining residue and not give our meals a strange taste. A great tip that I would not have thought of.

He was so professional and thorough, we decided to have him return a second time to actually re-plumb the entire house. Again, his work was professional and thorough. We were especially impressed when, during the city inspection, the inspector remarked that the job was the work of a Master Plumber. We are planning on having Justin work with us in our new home as well.

Rakeem was the man. I called progressive because I have Trane units. Upon diagnosis of the problem it became evident that extensive repairs or replacement of 17 year old AC units was needed. If it would have been a few hundred dollar problem I would have just paid for it to be fixed but since it was a larger problem I need to fall back on my home warranty to let them handle the issue/replacement. Rakeem got my air recirculating and fixed a couple of small issues to tie me over until the warranty company steps in.

...$59 estimate $400 for a 2 man job to reattach undermount sink...switched to $568 upon arrival of 1 man..surprised that their original estimate was so far off though the conditions were the same. Got no response from the company after I called to tell them why i declined the job.

Wednesday July the 3rd at 10 pm I experienced a serious leak in my home. I immediately called Progressive and they were there within an hour. John Mayo came first and assessed the problem. Roland Lacure and Jimmie Cassie came next to tell me about the restoration. They really put my mind at ease with their professionalism and care about my concerns. The customer service rep was very polite when setting up my appointment to have my dishwasher installed. The service tech called 30 minutes in advance and arrived on time. He was polite and courteous answering my many questions. I was very satisfied with the installation.
I had a double vanity installation and the drawers were not placed properly. The installer said to use some WD-40 and it would work. After they left I looked more closely and 2 of the drawers are completely not set properly. They knew it and just did not want to deal with correcting it. Now I have to get them to fix it which will be very difficult. I do not recommend this company.

My technician Chris was AWESOME. He was able to install 3 toilets quickly & gave me tips on how to maintain the new toilets so they last! Unfortunately the ladies who answer the phone and coordinate schedules for appointments are absolutely awful. Dealing with Allie, Cameron and Chanel was the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They are incredibly rude and inconsiderate of their customers. After they cancelled my first appointment I had to call back SIX times before they got back to me to coordinate a new installation. When I would speak on the phone with them they were condescending and unprofessional, it is clear they have zero customer service training. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Save yourself the time & stress and call anyone else for your plumbing needs!!
Jake came out after-hours to assess an ongoing, occasional leak in our home that FOUR other plumbers were unable to diagnose. He located the source of the leak in just a couple of hours, fixed it in 30 minutes, and explained to us how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I can t stress enough how professional, courteous, accommodating, and skilled he was. We will be using Progressive from now on and highly recommend them to anyone.

Progressive Service Co sent a plumber out to fix my backed up plumbing line right away on a Saturday. John Mayo was knowledgeable, skilled and very professional. He did a great job diagnosing the problem. So glad I called them!
I had a faulty electrical box causing half of my power to come on and off randomly. I called one company and had them come out to take a look into it. They gave me a quote for $1600 with an elaborate story on what needed to be fixed and what they had to do to fix it. I called Progressive for a second opinion and Brian came out and told me I just needed to change the box out. I was looking at a $225 repair and $100 to get a permit pulled. Brian fixed it in 3 hours with no issues and everything is working perfect.
After I called, they were there the very next day on time. They explained everything and worked hard to keep the bill low. They started work right away and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
Poor communication. Make sure you check with them when booking your appointment what day they ACTUALLY PLAN to do an installation. Home Depot set me up with this plumbing company to replace a hot water heater that went out in my home. My appointment was made for two days later on a Tuesday and when the technicians came to my home they quoted me a completely different price and said that an installation wouldn t be till the FOLLOWING WEEK. Completely different from what I was told on the phone. Who goes a whole week with no hot water in a house? I was handed a magnet with their phone number and they swiftly left my home within 10 mins. I called progressive back and after explaining to them that this was not acceptable they did agree to come the following day but I would have to get the heater from Home Depot myself so they could do the installation because they were able to fit me in. At that point I lined up another local plumber who was local to my area and WAY cheaper than what progressive quoted me. Home Depot says on their website and in the store same day installation if before noon not 7 days later like progressive wanted me to do. If your getting something installed through Home Depot partnered with progressive service company make sure they actually are going to install what you need.

We will not hesitate to hire him for our future plumbing needs. As for Kimberly, five stars for her as well. She was very helpful and made sure we had all the details that we needed. I ordered a new toilet from the Lowe's in Pittsboro, NC. I was contacted by Progressive Service within two days to set up an installation, and the installer (Marcus) called about 20 minutes before he arrived within the window we had scheduled. Marcus arrived right when he said he would, and had my old toilet out and a new one installed before I even finished my coffee. He was super polite, super professional, very efficient, and did a great job. The new toilet area was left totally clean and caulked and working great. I will use these folks again for my next plumbing installation.
Had Progressive come out this morning for an AC spring checkup. Service Tech was Brian Rodney. Brian was within 13 nanoseconds of the stated time frame for arrival for the job.
Brian has called on us now three of the past 4 times we have had Progressive attend to our annual service on heating and air. Brian is the ultimate in professionalism. Man, these guys are exceptional! From the start, Cody and Joey showed promptness and professionalism. Cannot say enough. With my bathroom flooring install, they were to come in and remove two commodes. Then the flooring installers do their, installing, then Joey and Cody return to install two new commodes. Pretty straight forward, yes? Well things, as things do, went awry. Timing is everything, and when the carpet installer was delayed (half day, didn't start until next day) I asked if they(Cody and Joey) could leave one commode intact (just in case) flooring was not completed in time. Meaning they (Cody and Joey) would have to come back the next day. Cody was quite understanding, having updated his company of the issue and receiving a reschedule date quickly. As the flooring install was ongoing, we noticed it would not be completed in time for rescheduled date. I called Cody with this information and again, was able to reschedule to the next morning. So, bright and early this very morning, Cody and Joey came back to complete their install. They got the final old commode out and opened the box to the new one...guess what?...Yep, it is broken! The "flange" where it sits on the floor bolt was shattered. Cody assures me that I can get a replacement and they will install it so we wouldn't have to reschedule to another day. Whew! Needless to say, they knocked out the one good commode while I hurried off to Home Depot(SHOUT-OUT ERIKA G.)where I had purchased everything. When I returned, they were finishing up the the first one, then were able to install the second. The whole experience was pleasant!

He did a great job with the installation but what I did not expect was for him to notice a leak under my sink and take it upon himself to fix it. He and Ricky went OVER AND BEYOND by fixing this!! The best customer service I have experience in a very long time. I am not sure if he could even bill for this but that did not seem to matter to him, he saw something that needed to be fixed and he fixed it.
