Michael installed a new water heater at my house. He showed up on time, answered any questions I had and was very courtious. It was clear that he knew what he was doning wasting no time or effort in getting the job done quickly and efficiently. When he completed the installation he cleaned up and left no trash behind. I give him an A+ for a job well done.

Service was good but was given an approx arrival window from 8 am to 12 pm. Installer showed up at 12:40. I am lucky I work from home but this would not work for people who work outside the home. Just an observation.
John Mayo came out late at night to diagnose the issue and he was great. He got things fixed and working again faster than we expected and gave us fair scenarios of what we could do to fix the issue and how much those choices would cost. A few days before that a different plumber from the same company (Justin) had to come out and repair our toilet (completely unrelated) after a pipe burst and flooded part of our home at nearly midnight. He was also amazing and went out of his way to get the part we needed that night as well as checked several of our other plumbing fixtures to make sure they didn't have the same bad installations. We had a rough week of dealing with plumbing issues and these guys saved us both times. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend these guys and if I ever need plumbing services again I will be calling them.
We hired them to do maintenance on our heating/AC. What I loved was that they gave us a 1 hour window in which they were to show up - not a 4 hour block like most service companies - and then they showed up and got the job done professionally and efficiently. Our service rep, Trevor Wharton, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Great experience!!
Tim O. did an excellent job! We had a clogged sewer line. He found the "clean out" with no problem, it was buried in our yard and we had no idea it was there. He worked diligently to clear the clog and make sure we were back in working order. Tim is very respectful, personable and customer service oriented. He talked us through what he was doing and assured us all was good. Progressive was able to move our 1pm appointment to 11am without us asking. They knew we needed help and made sure we got it as soon as possible. Kimberly and Lisa at the office were great with their quick response.

I waited over a week after the purchase of the dishwasher from Lowe's before they called. On the day of the installation the guy came in and spent 5 minutes here and then called somebody named Ivan. They did a two minute FaceTime and told me I could pay more money or they wouldn't install it because of the location in my kitchen. Literally less than ten minutes to try and get the old machine out. It was foamed because of mice by the previous owner I think. Why would my house pass inspection if something was wrong with the location of the unit I'm replacing? There was a large installation fee i had paid at Lowe's and the salesman told me "they will professionally install it right". If you do purchase from Lowe's make sure you get a different installer. The absolute worst.

Cody Clark was sent to install a GE drop-in range & vent hood purchased from Lowe's in Shallotte, NC. He called ahead of arrival & got here as scheduled. A few weeks earlier Lowe's had sent a guy from Conway, SC to measure to make sure the range would fit before ordering. Fast forward......... Old range & hood removed & put into truck.......new range DID NOT FIT SPACE............Cody then had to re-install old range & hood............then return new range & hood to Lowe's. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, & cordial. I would highly recommend Cody for service! Boo on guy from Conway who does not know how to measure!

The next day he came to install-honestly the new hot water heater looks better than the previous one. He was meticulous. This company was used to install a dishwasher purchased through Lowe's, and we see why Lowes chose them to perform their installs! Noah M. was our technician. He was knowledgable, friendly, and on time. We received a call letting us know when he would be at the store doing the pickup and then when he would be at our house. He encountered an issue with our electrical and knew exactly what to do to get it corrected. We felt so confident about this company we have now called them to perform maintenance on our HVAC.
Progressive Plumbing responded quickly and effectively to a weekend plumbing emergency. Steve was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The price was very reasonable....especially for a weekend emergency. I have entered them into my cell phone, and will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.
Worst service experience ever. I don t recommend their service to anyone. They disconnected my dishwasher for a countertop installation followed by a reconnection service. After the reconnection, they didn t test my dishwasher water supply. When I tried to start my dishwasher after the service for the first time, I noticed it was not working because of the water supply disconnect. I set up another appointment to get it fixed and had their promise. But they never ever showed up at my place to fix their mistake.
Purchased an expensive above the range microwave from Lowes a few weeks ago. I paid for installation because I recalled the hassles I had in installing the last one I put in. When your installation guys arrived (from Progressive), Noah and Justin, they were prompt, professional, and very efficient in installing the Microwave in 15 minutes or so. It was a pleasure dealing with these two gents - but more so, I kept the company business card since I found out the other services they provide. I will definitely be contacting Progressive in the near future for other services. I was impressed (and thankful) with the fine job they did.
Great work done in installing a new toilet when the older one gave up and also redoing my kitchen sink piping and installing a new garbage disposal. The repairmen were nice and very helpful in explaining what exactly needed to be done and gave great recommendations on what to replace the broken item with.
I definitely recommend them and would use their services again!

Mr. Toscani did an excellent job. He was always respectful of my property - he was careful to wear his shoe covers when entering the house. Chris cleaned his work area completely when job was completed. He explained his processes and reasons for doing certain things and he discussed the water heater unit that was installed. Very respectful. I would like him to come again if I have other problems.
Only real issue was I had to make quite a few calls/texts to get an update. Communication could have been better as I was left in the dark as to what would happen next and when. Sometimes one week would go by with no work being done or telling me what is next. Their field employees/workers Cole, Kraig and Marcus, along with Supervisor Keith Foss, were accessible. COVID-19 put this project on a long delay.

They were scheduled to deliver again Monday so I took another day off (3rd day taking off for delivery) and they didn t show up, didn t call. I called them today and was told they called yesterday yet no call and no voicemail. Not to mention the delivery was supposed to be here Monday. Then I was hung up on! Save yourself the trouble!
David and Kraig installed a chandelier on my extremely high ceilings today. The new chandelier didn t hang as low as I wanted (after all the parts were added on) so they left, went to the store, came back - and were able to make my chandelier hang down another 2 feet. Now it s perfectly centered in my large foyer window, and I couldn t be happier. They were SO wonderful, and I m SO thankful to have had them do this installation. They truly went the extra mile for me today when they certainly didn t have to. I am SO appreciative - these electricians are totally awesome.
I'm feeling generous giving a 2 star rating. My hot water heater went out Thursday I was told a technician wouldn't be available until the following Monday. I was also told they would over night the parts needed to fix it. Well the parts did not arrive on friday but instead on 1 part needed arrived Monday 1 hour before the technician. So the unit could not be fixed becuae they had to overnight the part again that's didn't arrive. So here it is 6 days of no hot water. Not sure when the technician can come...my point is your greeting and business card say 24 hour emergency service yet a week later the matter is not resolved

Jonathan installed a new, larger hot water heater for our family and it was a HUGE help! This guy is a true professional, and takes his time to explain things as he's doing them, as well as offer some tips along to way on how to save some money during this process. This was a job we considered tackling ourselves but are so glad we didn't because the end product was so much better having him do it. I used Progressive Service Company for an appliance installation (through Home Depot) My service technician, Jeremy F. was excellent. He was very courteous, honest and thorough.
Out of the blocks they were very good, sincere and I felt good about it. But, when I called to get an update on my service call, which was scheduled for 10:00am to 1:00pm, 2 hours and 48 minutes had passed of their 3 hour window. I did receive a call 40 minutes later and the CSR stated that the service tech got tied up on he call before mine. They stated that I would get a call when he was on the way. Well, 3 more hours had passed, my day was blown so I called and cancelled. By the way...it was now 3:56pm...I
I had a faulty electrical box causing half of my power to come on and off randomly. I called one company and had them come out to take a look into it. They gave me a quote for $1600 with an elaborate story on what needed to be fixed and what they had to do to fix it. I called Progressive for a second opinion and Brian came out and told me I just needed to change the box out. I was looking at a $225 repair and $100 to get a permit pulled. Brian fixed it in 3 hours with no issues and everything is working perfect.
Justin C. was very professional . . . worked hard to get the old dishwasher out (there was an issue with the tile floor), put the new one in, explained everything well, and cleaned up after himself. Nice guy!
We have used Progressive for years for our HVAC service. I've always found them to be honest and direct...they will tell you when a repair is necessary and when you may be able to get by for a while. We have had them replace entire units, as well as provide regular maintenance, and have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Trevor, who came out and provided a semi-annual maintenance for us today, was no exception. Polite, thorough and professional; he made sure I understood what had been done, what he had found, and what was covered by the maintenance plan. We are very satisfied with the service.

My experience with Progressive Service Company was a good a good one. My technician Noah was awesome! He introduced himself and was very friendly. The repairs were especially difficult due to years of unseen water leakage which caused rust build up and this made it hard to remove the hardware. Noah never gave up and got the job done. He cleaned up the mess and disposed of everything. He gets 5 stars in my book! I am giving 4 stars to the company because we paid up front for the service at Home Depot but then told we would have to wait 48 hours for a call to schedule the service. After 48 hours we didn't receive a call and had to contact Home Depot. Later that day we did receive a call only to be told we had to wait another week and given a 5 hour window on the day of service. This is in my opinion unexceptionable. We paid for the service up front but everything is at the convenience of the company and not the customer. Because I have paid up front I no longer have the option to have the repair done by a company or person who can make the repair sooner at my convenience. A family having no use of their kitchen for more than a week was extremely difficult. I'm not sure if this is a Home Depot or Progressive issue. But this is my experience. However, the actual service and quality of the work by Noah was GREAT!
RESPONSIVE & SKILLED! They took my emergency and graciously made it theirs. Another plumber claimed an Elkay water filling station was defective. Progressive came out immediately, reinstalled it and got it working correctly without a problem. This is what happens when you hire skilled people that care about their work.

Emily was able to schedule me the very day I called. She assessed wether one or two electricians would be needed due to the fixture being mounted. She was very easy to work with on the phone. Michael did an excellent job with hanging an oversized ceiling mount fixture covered in chains of crystals. The fixture was a much bigger job than I expected, including partial assembly. Michael didn't hesitate and was able to complete the entire job quickly. He knew his stuff, tackled the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after he finished and charged a reasonable fee.
