Only real issue was I had to make quite a few calls/texts to get an update. Communication could have been better as I was left in the dark as to what would happen next and when. Sometimes one week would go by with no work being done or telling me what is next. Their field employees/workers Cole, Kraig and Marcus, along with Supervisor Keith Foss, were accessible. COVID-19 put this project on a long delay.
