I'm feeling generous giving a 2 star rating. My hot water heater went out Thursday I was told a technician wouldn't be available until the following Monday. I was also told they would over night the parts needed to fix it. Well the parts did not arrive on friday but instead on 1 part needed arrived Monday 1 hour before the technician. So the unit could not be fixed becuae they had to overnight the part again that's didn't arrive. So here it is 6 days of no hot water. Not sure when the technician can come...my point is your greeting and business card say 24 hour emergency service yet a week later the matter is not resolved
