Marcus Carter was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable appliance technician. He found a defect in my new dishwasher, took the initiative to call Lowe s and arrange for a replacement and returned an hour later with a fully functional model. He then explained every feature and made sure the unit was working prior to leaving. Thank you!
