We had a fantastic experience with Marcus C, service technician of Progressive Service Company yesterday. Marcus C did a great job installing a new garbage disposal for us. He was very friendly and professional. He completed the installation well, checked the function several times, and kindly demonstrated to us some necessary hints for future problem handling. Especially, he was very courteous to take care our concerns, answered questions and gave us good help and suggestions. We really appreciate Marcus' excellent work and highly recommend Marcus C and Progressive Service Company.
