The worst company, harrassing will call you 40 times a day and through the night. Unethical. I have recorded calls, and I'm dealing with litigation now. HOrrible company. Tons of complaints on BBB.

They called me for the last 19 days every single morning and have not left a message at least saying who they were trying to get ahold of. Trying to tell me at first that they cant reveal any information if they cant verify who i am- which i did and i get- but you trying to tell me that you can call me for damn near a month and dont even wanna tell me why? They were trying to reach my husband for an old AT&T bill, Which seems to be a trend in the reviews here.

I did not even know this collection agency existed until I pulled my credit report. I got their phone number from the credit report and called them and was surprised with the information they gave me. They said they had my account for 5 months, but I explained to them that I have not received any letters or phone calls from them. The supervisor told me that it was the law that they don t disclose their name on the envelope they send me, only my name and address. And phone calls are auto dialed and I know for a fact It did not leave me a message or tried did not identify the caller. This agency is very poor service. Why would any company use them to try to collect their money?

PPA is a joke at its finest. They contacted me over several months attempting to 'arrange payment' for AT&T. I would call back or answer more for sport than anything else after I realized they are a complete waste of time. Their agents I spoke with sounded like sleazy sales people desperate to broker a deal utilizing any claims and/or threats possible! After a few months they stopped calling me. Some of the highlights of my conversations.

-Constantly threatening to send the account to collections
-They typically did this after I told them I could just login and pay AT&T directly...they really don't
like that. They try very hard to convince you that it's not possible.
-Insinuated very strongly that if I did not pay on the phone during that call, legal action would begin.
-I finally got a woman to agree to send me a letter, a week later another guy told me he wouldn't send it? I should just pay him.
-Hung up on after I told the guy 'again' that I'm not paying over the phone, send me a letter.

I have not added stars yet because I am still waiting to hear back from them. I just checked my account and they took out 173.13 I NEVER authorized this, I immediately called them because at first I thought someone hacked into my account , they claimed that I owed money from ATT which is right but at the time, I spoke to this rep back in December told her I could not pay ATT any longer and that I had to allow my bill to lapse. They claimed I gave them my card to authorize this payment, and they will listen to the call, I pray that there was a misunderstanding and I can get my money back, because I have 4 children and cant spare money like that, or I would have been paying my actual bill instead of this bill collector. I am on a tight fixed income and mess like this is really hard to swallow. I am dealing with a Ms. Ham and I hope that she can help me out with this. Will update once I hear back from her and make the necessary rating.

SCAM ALERT. A woman named Mavis called from this "company" claiming my business owed AT&T for a past due phone bill. I told her I had received no notices about this and asked when the bill was from. She said September (3 months ago) and when I said it didn't make sense that it would've gone to collections that fast and asked for a copy of the bill, she said I'd have to contact AT&T. I told her that didn't make sense either if the debt has truly been sold to a collection agency and she rambled something about "attempts to collect on a debt" and hung up on me. I just called back and left a voicemail but don't anticipate a call back.

Paying a medical bill for years faithfully, I was unable to pay a recent payment on time this month due to being short and had to pay my rent on time; the rep (donna) said she would hold my payment for a couple of weeks, but after giving her my card info with fee, she sent info in immediately, accidentally she said. She apologized and would have her supervisor reverse the date of payment as she promised . After waiting 24-48 hours, payment was not reversed and payment was taken out. They never called me afterwards. I have never had problems with this company before, they usually work well with you. But to me she either was dishonest with me or didn't care as long as they got their payment.

Rude company! a lady called from this place telling me she was calling about a small balance and I just had a baby and told her I just started back at work. And she said when do you intend on resolving this balance I said I plan on making a payment before the end of the month when I start making money and she said "I will put a note in the computer and this in an attempt to collect and debt (click) and she hug up. Not a good bye or thank you! Listen that's the first time I have talked with this company and I wasn't rude or disrepectfull. I think that was very unprofessional to be treated that way.

I have been relentlessly harassed by a woman named Sabrina from this company who impersonated a police officer and was the most rude person I have ever talked to in customer service of any kind. Her extension is 2555. I've complained to her supervisor(s) twice and was mocked both times.

Oh, and I never owed the money they claimed I did to begin with. The credit bureaus agreed with me and removed the false collection that this company so desperately tried to saddle me with. Disgusting human beings.

Someone just called me from their office. She refused to tell me what PPA even stands for! I told her, you should be able to tell me what company you work for. She said she could not. I asked to speak to her manager. She put me on hold and then hung up. Nice. Thanks to caller ID and Google, I know what company I was talking to. And, by the way, your customer service skills need improvement. You might start with, at 800a, "Good morning, this is PPA, Prince Parker Associates, may I speak to....may I leave my name and number for him to call me back? Or here is my number, would you have them call me?" You catch more flies with honey, than vinegar. Try it.

I have to say that it's been a while that I had not spoken to such a rude person like "Donna" I know they're in collections and that's a tough job but if you can't do your work in a professional manner you need to find something else. She called to demand I make a payment TODAY! I think if she would have been in front of me she would have probably put a gun in my head to make the payment when I told her to please call me next week because my account is frozen at this time. She said "NO, Im not calling you I will just put you as a refusal to pay" and she got really really nasty that I had to call her manager (Richard Long) who hopefully will take matters and this situation. I was contacted by this organization about my ATT bill for a company me and my brother opened we went out of business after 2yrs and my brother left me with all the bills. The rep assisted me with getting ATT to consider settling on my account. ATT declined to reduce my bill but the agent set me up on a payment plan. The agent was very polite.

This place is horrible. I have contacted the FTC and FCC regarding their tactics. In violation of the law they call from line to line to line even though I have asked them to call on a specific line. When I told the representative to stop calling on multiple lines she told me that she would mark me as a refusal to pay which could not have been further from the truth. If they call you with these tactics, please contact the FTC and FCC.

Liars! AT&T did not cancel my bill after leaving for Sprint and kept charging me for services that were not being used. I called them several times, in which they did not acknowledge that they were at fault. They had PP contact me stating I had a +$1000 balance. I told the lady the amount I felt responsible for, in which she then told me she would contact ATT to see if we could reach a "settlement". She called me later and told me that if I paid $510, it would all be over. I did pay, in which 1 month later, another agency is harassing me for $523. I was confused, and later found out that they were trying to collect the rest of the money. My experience with PP&P was frighteningly disappointing. They are dishonest and will tell you anything to get your money.

I finally contacted them back *since they never called from a number that was revealed* and had the same treatment. (They just got my account on 4/1, it's 4/18 now and they said they were releasing my account for further action now due to my attitude)....the woman wouldn't let me speak and was just rude and hateful. I called the billing office for the place they were collecting for and spoke with them, and they are now pulling my account back to them due to the treatment I have endured.

I was treated with respect and Stephen and Angie listened to what I had to say and was able to work with me, staying within the confines I set, and we worked it out! I am going through the same thing as some of you. It's my AT&T service. It is now Sept. 27 2017. I moved out of my apartment over a year ago. I had AT&T Uverse. Just Internet and TV. I had an AT&T wireless phone for many years prior to that and bundled everything together. Then my phone died under warranty. They sent me a warranty replacement phone and instructed me to send back the bad phone in the return box. I did that. AT&T has a policy that if the phone arrives in any damaged condition you have to pay them $600 for it. Sure enough about 2 weeks later my bad phone comes back to me and now it has a ding in the screen that it never had. (7 month old Samsung Galaxy S7) and they want me to pay $600. I have been arguing with them (AT&T) since February 2017 about this. Now PPA is calling. Apparently AT&T never turned off my TV and Internet until way later and now they want over $1000 for TV, Internet, mobile phone service. Why would I pay for mobile phone service which they cut off when i did not pay the $600 they wanted for the damaged phone which was obviously damaged in transit?

I asked if I could please have a number to call back on because I'm at work. She then said, "Oh because we were told that you don't work." I responded, "I'm sorry? Yes. I work. Everyday. All day." She said, "Because we called on the 29th and they said you don't work." (I look at my calendar and I was out sick. Part of why I owe this debt she's referring to). First of all one star is more than generous for the interaction I had with a representative of this company, not to mention someone who was referred to as a manager.

I have never been shown so much disrespect in a span of 60 seconds in my life. A man calls saying I have a debt, rattles off a few names and says I can pay with check or card. Refuses to tell me the name of the company reporting this claim. When I ask him to send me a summary of the debts owed he says "it sounds like your are running circles around paying", when I say sir I'm just trying to understand what I owe he says "Are you willing to pay today, if not I will write down you are refusing to pay", when I say I would just like to understand to whom and for what I am paying a debit for he hangs up on me. When I later google the phone number I discover a company who's motto contains..."Respect for the individual. These are not just words, but the principles of business at Prince-Parker and Associates, Inc"...from a hospitality professional I can assure you this was no respectful way to speak with someone. This company has much to learn.

The second payment was returned to my bank because I didnt have the funds. but now theyre saying they didnt receive ANYTHING! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST PAYMENT I MADE? nobody knows! It disappeared. The agent was understanding of my situation and she set me up on monthly payments. She followed up with me each month to remind me that the payment was due. After 3 months, I finally paid it completely.. I appreciated her approach and willingness to work with me...

I had ATT service for 48 hours, the phone didn't work and I returned it. They keep calling relentlessly saying I owe an early termination fee of over $700 bux to ATT. I called ATT and they say the fee was for the phone. So which is it? In any event, ATT acknowledged a mistake and didn't credit my account when the phone was returned. I have proof of that along with a statement from ATT with a zero balance.

Since I don't work with collection agencies, you'll need to call your client, ATT and figure it out.

All calls are immediately blocked, mail from this company and all court notices are immediately shredded without opening. The only way you or the courts are going to hear from me is if an officer comes to my door and arrests me. I don't play.

I want to praise one of your employees!! Ms. Barbie has gone above and beyond what I am sure her job description calls for. This lady really cares for the person on the other end of the phone. In today's day and age most of the time you are just disregarded and the call is ended. She followed up to see if I had resolved the issue who does that today, obviously a person like her.

I tried telling one of them to stop calling me but she hung up. I called back and briefly spoke with a supervisor who was rude and she didn't seem to care. I got a call saying I owe ATT some balance, the service I disconnected 6 months ago and when asked about bill, she says I dont know and you recevied a letter and look like you dont have the intent to pay the bill and I'm going to forward it to credit agency and hung up.

My experience with this company is much of the same as others you will read below. I am working with my health insurance carrier and Providence Anesthesiologist concerning a bill from a knee surgery. I am making payments to the Anesthesiologist when I received a phone call from this company. I talked to the rep and explained I was still working with the insurance company. The next day, I received another call from this company from a different associate telling me if I don't pay $1822.00 today it was going to collections. I informed her I was still working with my insurance co. and that is not what the rep told me yesterday. She then stated the employee was new and told me the wrong information and I should cut her some slack because she was a new employee. Then we proceeded in the conversation, she stated, I had not paid any on this account, I then told her this was not true, I paid the account out from the statement I received and July. Then 2 months later, I received another bill from the same Anesthesiologist that I now owed $1822.00. She stated that was for another account -but that was a lie -I checked my account number and statements. She is very rude, and I notified her -she was calling me while I am at work. The phone calls-while on my job are still coming. They are very deceptive,using lies to lure you in. When you show them proof they are lying, they only come back with another lie. They are breaking the law by calling me on my job and I do intend to file a complaint with my state. If this is the company that my health provider continues to use, I will not be using this provider again!!

AT&T could never find my account when I called, but I was charged nonetheless (yes, my fault for not trying harder), and they sent my bill to this company. Eric left me a message and I called back; he was very helpful and explained what the collection was for. I later talked to Steve who was also very helpful and prompt with his communication with me. Obviously I don't want to do business with a collection agency again, but they were not difficult to work with and made the process easier.

This is in reference to Cassandra that works at this agency. I told this lady numerous times that I had no problem paying a small bill for which I never got notice on, I just needed to know what the amount was from and the details. Cassandra was rude and extremely nasty and told me she wasn't sending me anything but wanted my credit card number over the phone. after several attempts with the original company , unmentioned, the company was able to find the correction and I paid the company with no problem, not the collection agency, nor do I have to speak with Cassandra again!!!. they suck!!! i received a letter in march 14th from them that showed my balance. i called and was told if i didn't pay the balance in full by the end of march i would be reported to another agency and it would go on my credit report. the man i spoke with told me my account had been with them since November - ridiculous bc March 14th is the first time I heard from them. The debt was in regards to a closed at&t account - they had been calling me on a landline that was mine when i was a kid and hasn't been in service for 10 years and the phone number that was associated with my at&t account which has been CLOSED for a year. ive been in debt before and im not hard to find. considering at&t has my email, home address and current cell phone # i think its bogus i wasn't contacted earlier!! i could have paid my debt a long time ago had i known but i'm not able to make that happen in 2 weeks. screw you prince parker and your associates

I just got off the phone with Donna extension 2535. This c*$& told me to to trust her and take her word for it, talked over me, said I was talking gibberish and then proceeded to tell me that she has given me all the information that she could give me and then hung up the phone. I called her back and she didn't even have the courage to answer my call. I was willing to pay the bill since my doctors office didn't bother to contact me in any way. I just wanted more than her word that this isn't going on my credit. Not my fault the doctors office didn't contact me but it doesn't surprise me because they were careless practicing medicine and never bothered to contact me about abnormal labs even with my multiple calls. Only way I was able to get the results was by requesting them from my primary.
Donna also told me that I couldn't contact the doctors office to pay the balance and that they would just send me back to her to pay it. Well that was a big lie. I contacted the doctors office and she said that I was more than welcome to pay the bill, and that the reason why they never called me was their error when they created my chart.
You've got to be a damn ass fool to trust someone from a collecting agency. What good person with good intentions wakes up one day and says hey. I want to harass people and take their money!
I don't want to use a business that uses this business.

I received a call from this agency and when I asked for more detail in regards to the balance due I was told by the representative that they did not have that info and I should know what I do and do not owe. Then I asked for their mailing address and she refused to give it to me and said she would have to transfer me to the manager but prior to that she wanted to verify my social security number, she was non responsive to the request for their address so I had to disconnect the call. Extremely rude & unprofessional. I believe it was a scam!

Same as above. I was in a severe motorcycle wreck in July of 2015. Received the first correspondence from this company (which is a 3rd party billing, NOT A COLLECTION)!before I even got home to Indiana from the rehab the hospital would NOT release me from!! The correspondence stated I over 30 days late on payment- again I wasn't home until about 40 days AFTER the wreck and am STILL recovering from TBI having gone through a brain bleed and craniotomy. My husband, being an amazing man, made a couple payments to this company for their client All Care Clinical (anthesiologists) explaining we were pending Medicaid, grant assistance, and insurance. Since then I have been truly blessed and received a grant for approximately 62% of my medical expenses. Grant monies accepted by the neurosurgeons and the orthopedic surgeons- however I have been told REPEATEDLY they will NOT accept the grant (even though their client said they would)!- And they continue to harrass my husband and I about turning this to collection!! Horrific and NOT LEGAL!!! May be forced to bankruptcy and they can explain to the court why they refused to return the account to All Care and now All Care get nothing!! Ridiculous!!!

Jason has been extremely kind and courteous throughout the process of paying my son's ear nose and throat medical bill. I originally spoke with the ENT office and advised that I was having a difficult time paying the balance and they did advise that once forwarded to collection, I would have more options for payment. He has called me faithfully on-time to make sure the payment was handled. I know I owe them and it's nothing like having someone who understands what you are going through and cares. Thanks Jason! I have no bad remarks about this company. Plus I just made my last payment.

I was talking and trying to tell her that I would write a check and mail it in today when she abruptly hung up on me right after she quickly said ok then I'll put you down as refusal to pay!!!
