Got a call on my WORK NUMBER (in my office) from a representative named Megan. I asked why she was calling me at work and she said, "it's a number we have on file." I asked if I could please have a number to call back on because I'm at work. She then said, "Oh because we were told that you don't work." I responded, "I'm sorry? Yes. I work. Everyday. All day." She said, "Because we called on the 29th and they said you don't work." (I look at my calendar and I was out sick. Part of why I owe this debt she's referring to). I asked immediately to speak to her manager. She attempts to patch me through and "Can't". I call back 3 times and ask to speak to a supervisor! Shocking that ALL 3 TIMES I get a voicemail of John Hines, Richard Long, and Steve Lewis. I left them voicemail's with cellphone number and asked to please call me back. What kind of company is this?
