The crew at the Albuquerque location are the most unprofessional, and rudest individuals I have EVER dealt with ! When We went to get our vehicle the lot attendant appeared to be intoxicated and bothered that I knocked on the door . I told him who I was and he said Sign here and thrust his phone at me ,
then, upon entering the vehicle , noticed it was unlocked, had been searched through,papers all over back seat ! I then did a quick look thru the vehicle to check for damages , noticed that our portable battery charger/compressor was missing and money that we left in vehicle was also missing ! The towing company driver and lot guy were both in the yard and we asked where our charger / compressor was , and they both denied having taken anything out of our vehicle and They began laughing at us and stated" Call whoever the F you want " As we exited the property noticed the vehicle was making a ticking sound and it was pulling to the right! They knocked it out of alignment while improperly towing .Corporate needs to investigate this ASAP
I believe the review below about the car being knocked out of alignment from a poor towing job. I just saw a car getting towed out of a neighborhood, and thought to myself dear god, what towing company would drive so erratically and fast with a customer s car hooked up to it?! I googled the name on the side of the truck, and became much less surprised when I realized it was a repo company, versus actual towing company. Just slow down, man - even if you don t care about the car that s being slung around, there are kids playing outside near the road. No need to floor it in a neighborhood.
