I want to praise one of your employees!! Ms. Barbie has gone above and beyond what I am sure her job description calls for. This lady really cares for the person on the other end of the phone. In today's day and age most of the time you are just disregarded and the call is ended. She followed up to see if I had resolved the issue who does that today, obviously a person like her.
I again want to say thank you Ms. Barbie for caring and helping people.
I also spoke with her manager Mr. Steve Lewis so that he would know how I felt.
To the owner/owners you need more people like Ms. Barbie on your team!! Thank you
