This is a third party debt collector and has no right to contact you. Mail via certified mail or fax a request for debt validation letter (within 30 days). Put the cert mail no. on the letter and keep for your records. Example letter:

I, (your name----------- ) am the grantor for the account -----your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS of which you refer to as Client No: --------(acct #)------- and this is not a refusal to pay a debt. This is a reply to your communication dated April 7, 2015 in the form and substance of a REQUEST FOR DEBT VALIDATION pursuant but not limited to the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. PRINCE-PARKER & ASSOCIATES, INC. PPA the debt collector must include, in the validation of the debt the following: proof of the legal contract /and or contractual obligation that binds the debtor, pursuant, but not limited to 15 USC 1692c, 15 USC 1692d, 15 USC 1692e, 15 USC 1692h, 15 USC 1692i, 15 USC 1692j, 15 USC 1692k, 15 USC 1692l (Administrative Enforcement).
The debt collector must also be in compliance with Validation of debts 15 USC 1692g.
Please sign the debt validation document with a bona fide wet ink signature. Failure to adhere to the above regulations, statutes and codes will result in a civil law suit by the consumer.
