PPA the debt collector must include, in the validation of the debt the following: proof of the legal contract /and or contractual obligation that binds the debtor, pursuant, but not limited to 15 USC 1692c, 15 USC 1692d, 15 USC 1692e, 15 USC 1692h, 15 USC 1692i, 15 USC 1692j, 15 USC 1692k, 15 USC 1692l (Administrative Enforcement).
