I have to say that it's been a while that I had not spoken to such a rude person like "Donna" I know they're in collections and that's a tough job but if you can't do your work in a professional manner you need to find something else. She called to demand I make a payment TODAY! I think if she would have been in front of me she would have probably put a gun in my head to make the payment when I told her to please call me next week because my account is frozen at this time. She said "NO, Im not calling you I will just put you as a refusal to pay" and she got really really nasty that I had to call her manager (Richard Long) who hopefully will take matters and this situation. Don't usually give reviews on companies but I just had to on this one...
