This Place is a joke. Theyre giving me and ATT the run around. I set up a payment plan back in May. It was split into two payments. The first payment they took. The second payment was returned to my bank because I didnt have the funds. but now theyre saying they didnt receive ANYTHING! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST PAYMENT I MADE? nobody knows! It disappeared. I swear theyre crooks. and then i called and explained to the guy and when he said there was basically nothing he could do I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. when i called back to speak to the supervisor she had an attitude with me. now im fighting this account battle
