I am going through the same thing as some of you. It's my AT&T service. It is now Sept. 27 2017. I moved out of my apartment over a year ago. I had AT&T Uverse. Just Internet and TV. I had an AT&T wireless phone for many years prior to that and bundled everything together. Then my phone died under warranty. They sent me a warranty replacement phone and instructed me to send back the bad phone in the return box. I did that. AT&T has a policy that if the phone arrives in any damaged condition you have to pay them $600 for it. Sure enough about 2 weeks later my bad phone comes back to me and now it has a ding in the screen that it never had. (7 month old Samsung Galaxy S7) and they want me to pay $600. I have been arguing with them (AT&T) since February 2017 about this. Now PPA is calling. Apparently AT&T never turned off my TV and Internet until way later and now they want over $1000 for TV, Internet, mobile phone service. Why would I pay for mobile phone service which they cut off when i did not pay the $600 they wanted for the damaged phone which was obviously damaged in transit?
