When I arrived at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, I took the time to walk through the lot and view their large inventory on their lot and had lots of questions. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Roy Silveira. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. I was impressed that he didn't try to oversell, but was genuinely interested in what was the best fit for me and my needs. Roy took the time to address all my concerns and even though I asked some of the same questions more than once, he was still patient and had my best interests in mind. We He went into detail on each vehicle I had looked at which allowed me to make an educated decision. After deciding on my dream car, I was introduced to Dave Rosendhal, to explain the financing options. This man is amazing! Dave turned what usually is a frustrating process into one that was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like I was sitting and talking to someone I had known for a long time because of his friendly personality. Dave took the time to search all the banks and find the best rate for me. He wanted to ensure that what we came up with fit into my budget and worked for me. I truly appreciate his efforts and thank everyone at Pride for a wonderful car buying experience.
