Excellent service. I was helped out by Jeremy, he did an awesome job at helping me figure out which car suited me best. The whole process was simple, quick, and everyone was very professional. No overly pushy sales tactics. I definitely recommend this place.

Edit: I initially had given this place 5 stars. My initial review still stands. The Sales department was excellent to work with. Specifically Jeremy was a rockstar from the beginning and helping with later issues.. However, their service department is a joke. When I bought my SUV, I left the lot with two lighting issues that they needed to be fixed and I was told to bring it back at a later date. Long story short, I went back 5 separate days, spent well over 10+ hours in the waiting room, and even left my car there overnight to get worked on. Every visit I was told it was fixed (which it was not, but would have to have to reschedule to have it reevaluated). The time I left it overnight I was called and told it was done, only to find out that it was not done, they needed to order a new part and so I had to reschedule again. One of the lighting issues did get resolved. The other is still not fixed at 5 separate visits. I understand if its a complex issue it may take time. I asked for them to keep it and I could use a rental or loaner car. But instead of providing a loaner, I just kept getting told it was fixed only to find out that when I went out to the parking lot to leave, it was not.

Prestman auto was a really awesome experience. As first time car buyers they took care of us and gave us a really good deal on a car that we were lookin at. Trevor Durfey took us step by step and was really amazing on helping us getting the car we wanted.

I have been administrating Vehicle Service Contract claims for Prestman Auto through Elite Warranty, Inc for about 10 years. We have enjoyed working with Prestman and have relatively few problems with their vehicles. They perform a rigorous pre-sale, multi-point inspection on all their vehicles to have them front-line ready for their customers. Everyone is great to work with and they truly do their best to take care of their customers. I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to check out Prestman Auto. You will get a great vehicle at a fair price and they will take care of you!

UPDATE: 3 years later.

I'm all about a salvage title, but there were 2-3 things I didn't love in regards to the vehicle I purchased that I discovered after-the-fact.

1. There was an odometer discrepancy that Prestman sort of "passed over" - seems I signed the doc saying the reading was wrong, but I do not remember them pointing out that it wasn't actual. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I knew the odometer was not accurate.

2. The paint job was garbage. Not sure if this is Prestman's fault, but if they are buying cars salvage, I would hope the body work done to restore them is top notch. The paint was not.

3. Prestman usually doesn't have the photos of the accident. I don't think this is "by accident" - I would have appreciated some honesty on the crash and why the car was totaled.

The good:

Prestman Auto is up front about their branded title stock, but the cars they stock are quality at a good price.

Immediately upon arrival, Travis C. was friendly without being artificial, and usually listened instead of constantly trying to "sell."

The best part about the experience was Travis' willing to listen and answer the barrage of skeptical questions I had about the vehicle, and he seemed honest and up front about any concern I had. After driving the car and speaking with Travis, I felt good about the quality of vehicle I was purchasing, regardless of the salvage title.

From the first phone call until I drove off the lot, I felt like part of the family. Tracy Ball did an excellent job of giving me all the information he had. He was honest and upfront with everything. I had researched the history of my new branded title vehicle. I am comfortable with the quality of our new car and the price I was able to get. I told Tracy before completing the deal that I would not be jumping in the air for the PR photo. After the deal was done I actually jumped in the air. Great job Tracy!

I found a classy blue SL500 Mercedes at Prestman . Tracy spent a full day + to make sure that it was operating to my satisfaction. The staff and Tracy in my opinion went above and beyond what was required . It was actually an enjoyable experience, one that I was not expecting. Thank you Tracy, I will definitely be doing business with you and Prestman Auto again.

The seat belts were not bolted into the vehicle! Are you kidding me? I bought a 2015 A3 in Dec 2016 and after a couple months, I noticed a slight squeak when I came out of turns. It got worse so I took it to an auto body shop today and after looking into the side panels, they informed me that my seatbelts were not connnected to the vehicle. It wasn t a loose bolt, the bolts were not even there on either side of the vehicle. So...I just drove over 20k miles with absolutely zero protection. The shop told me that they would have released even if I d gotten into a 10mph wreck. Don t bet your life on one of prestmans cars trying to save a couple grand. I ve got the repair order in case any reviewers need proof. What else went wrong? What haven t I seen yet?

If you read this, please upvote so it stays high in the rankings. I really don t want other people to get caught high and dry and stuck with a car they don t feel safe to drive and can morally sell.

I was very nervous about buying a branded title but Tracy instilled confidence in our purchase. Prestman has an amazing selection of vehicles in wonderful shape! We found it online through google and watched for 3 months for the perfect vehicle. We finally found our Subaru Outback! It was detailed, low mileage, and purchasing the car was very direct. We had to jump through A LOT of hoops with getting a loan and Tracy was so patient with us and the whole process. He really worked hard on getting us our dream car. You can trust them. My husband and I loved that there werent salesmen running out to try and push us into buying. We actually had to go inside to get help. Travis did a good job of finding us what we were looking for. We did have a couple of issues with the car a couple of weeks later and Alec in the service department has taken care of everything.

Was looking at an IS-f they had on their lot while some friends were looking at other cars. Tried speaking to a sales representative and first thing out of his mouth was we need serious money down if you wanna drive that car. All I asked was their asking price I never once asked to drive the car. Then he went on to tell me one of their maintenance men was in the process of purchasing the vehicle.. Long story short that Lexus sat on their lot for many many months after my visit. Just wanted to be treated with some respect not like I was a joke just for looking at a semi high dollar car

We are repeat customers. This time we needed to replace my husbands car. We didn't even bother going anywhere else. We knew that Prestman Auto was the only place we were willing to buy a car. We have loved the Honda we bought 5 years ago. Again the price was right and the saleman was honest and very fair with our trade in. We will definitely be back again.

I love the selection of vehicles at Prestman and I left on the initial day happy! Unfortunately, within 24 hours, a bunch of sensor errors started popping up and I called immediately. Their confidence inspiring speech about how reliable BlueStar auto inspections ensure avoiding lemons turned out to be completely invalid for my vehicle. In addition, the proceeding weeks waiting for my appointment were very stressful because I didn't pay for the ridiculously expensive extended warranty. The service team did their best to try to diagnose the issue, but they ended up simply reseting the codes and sent me back saying there were no real problems. How I wish this were true, it wasn't.

A month later, the sensor errors popped up again and I had to take the vehicle to a specialist to diagnose the faulty sensors. I took the vehicle back to Prestman and they replaced the suggested sensors and it didn't fix the vehicle. Over the next 40 days, they ended up taking my vehicle to 2 other specialists including the dealer to fix the issues. They were not very proactive during this time and I had to call up every week asking for details and pushing the process along. Keep in mind that during this time I was paying for the vehicle but not enjoying it. They were kind enough to give me a rental for part of the time and a loaner for the rest of it. They were going to charge me for these repairs and I had to threaten to leave a 1 star review in order to get the general manager's attention. They decided to pay for the repairs and I am grateful they did, but only after several escalations on my part. In my opinion, the service staff at Prestman are not qualified to be making repairs on complicated luxury vehicles. I feel that the "4.6 star google rating" is not a clear picture due to other stories like mine where buyers left the sales floor happy because they throw in some extras and then run into issues like me later. Do your research and look at the other followup reviews.

Pros:
- Vehicle issues ended up resolved without me being charged
- I have a very nice vehicle that saved a few thousand dollars

Cons:
- This was the most hassle that I've ever experienced buying a car. 40+ days in the shop.
- I have low confidence in Prestman's ability to repair complex luxury vehicles
- Just like most financing departments they tried to slip in extra fees, felt deceptive

TLDR: Got a lemon but they ended up taking care of it. A stressful, hassle-filled experience to save some money. Would not buy from Prestman again but your mileage may vary ;)

Like many of the reviews on google the initial experience was good. The truck looked awesome. They sold it to us with a nice lift, the car was supposedly inspected and nothing came up in our checks. The people for the most part were good and easy to work with. We bought the truck a year ago, in the winter we noticed problems with the 4-wheel drive and locking differential, we had bought the warranty so we took it in a couple weeks ago to get serviced. They have since told us that the lift (which they initially tried blaming us for) was the reason for the axles needing to be replaced and that the warranty company wouldn't cover it but they "fought for us" to get it covered but had to remove the lift. That was a selling point for the truck and added value which they happily charged us, but they won't answer the phone or return messages. When my wife finally got a hold of them they said they had been waiting (about a week) to hear back from us on if they could go ahead with things when we told them we called several times and left at least 2 messages they said "we get a lot of calls and don't listen to the messages."What a joke! They'll treat you good right up until you sign the papers and then forget it after that. Definitely will never buy from them again. Very Disappointing.

UPDATE: Moving it from 1 star to 3. Service department (after writing the review) has been good to work with and took care of me. Still not sure I would buy from here again as through the process it became apparent the truck probably wasn't inspected by them beforehand beyond maybe a quick test drive. Dan was great to work with in the service department, still don't think they listen to messages though.

Great experience and overall great service. I worked with Bobby and he was honest and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

I came in about 3 and a half years ago and spoke with Shaun and Tracy, ended up buying a nice Lexus GS350 with a branded title. I still have it and have put on about 40,000 miles with no issues whatsoever except regular oil changes and new tires here and there. It's been great driving a car that is at the next level without the more expensive payment. Now that I'm selling it, I will be happy to go back again and buy another car through them without hesitation based on my experience.

Great experience! I called in the morning and talked to Melissa and she was extremely helpful on the phone and when I got to the dealership a few hours later the car was ready to look at. While filling out all the loan paperwork, the car was detailed and looks great! Some other reviews suggested hidden fees but just ask for a fee breakdown and they're happy to provide one!

Recently bought a BMW from Todd Palmer. Got a great deal on the vehicle. Had to wait 2 months to pick up a car i had already payed for, later spent 9,000 on a complete wire harness and ecm after they spliced into the original, two weeks later the transmission locked up at 80mph and threw me into the median of I-94. Cause of the accident was a short in the electronic shifter installed by prestman.

I have been looking for a vehicle that meets the demands of where I live and being out of state I had concerns. I called and spoke with Chris and he answered every question I had and gave me reinsurance about prestman Auto. I found what I wanted and did a trade in with my old vehicle and Chris did an amazing job and knows the history behind every vehicle and gave great insight and advice, made me feel like family and I ve never even met the guy. With any company you ll have bad and you ll have good reviews and I can speak from experience that Chris from Prestman Auto is the man and will help you every step of the way and won t be pushy. We picked up an amazing 2013 Cadillac CTS V. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We drove from Grand Junction Colorado to Salt lake to look at this car and see what this dealership had to offer. They offered me less than third of my car when I tried to exchange after only 1 year. Never ever again. It was the biggest mistake I did. I have told everyone about it too.

Nice dealership kind of a different buying experience but it s a pretty good savings if you do all your homework on the car and they hooked me up a good warranty to ease my mind on buying a salvaged auto

I had a great experience looking at an Audi S4 with Nate. He let me look at my own pace and was very knowledgeable about Audis. Nate makes the car buying experience very easy and I wouldn t go to anyone else, from here on out.

Great buying experience. Lots of cars to choose from, educated sales staff. Only concern/complaint was that it took too long to get the deal finalized. We agreed on a price and it took nearly 45 minutes to get in to see the finance manager and finalize the deal. In my opinion this process could have been much faster (especially since we didn't need financing, paid cash). I would recommend Prestman Auto to my friends and family. But I would recommend to Prestman Auto to find a way to speed up the purchase process. Nathan Cohen was a great salesman.

Working with the salesman, Travis, was the better part of the interface with Prestman. Travis was professional in every way and did his job well. I was disappointed with Presman Auto, however, as my car was being "detailed" while I was completing paperwork for the purchase I had no idea somebody was going to spray down the inside of the car with something that smells like a bad combination of stale perfume and the Waxie at the bottom of a urinal. Driving home with the windows all rolled down and the heater on did not leave a feeling of confidence that I had just made the purchase I thought I made. I was also furious at the typical crap dealer tactics thrown in at the close of the sale - delivery fees, paper preparation fees, and inspection fees. Hell, these things are supposed to be baked into the price, not thrown on the table after negotiations are all but done. Yes, I could have walked away, and almost did. But I chose to work a little further through negotiations instead. Only time will tell if that was the right choice but so far the car is what I expected.

I bought a car from Travis Cheesman at Prestman Auto this week and I couldn't have had a better experience. He was knowledgeable about the car and his main goal through everything was to take care of me. I would highly recommend anyone go see him if they are on the market for a great deal, car and and even better experience.

I've had many car buying experiences and this was one of the best. My salesperson Micah was professional, knowledgeable and just super chill. No high pressure sales or tactics. I had a super hectic schedule and he was always accommodating. In the end, I was able to get an incredible deal on the exact car I wanted. Even the sales contract review and closing was relaxed and Tracy made some adjustments after the fact without question or hesitation. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys again.

Run Run Run dont throw away your money on a cheaply repaired car. They dont replace the parts that were damaged in the wreck only tweak things to make them fit. I've owned the car I regrettably purchased for 4 months now. Its been in the shop 1 month out of the 4 because of the poor rebuild. It all started on the drive home I lived out of state and had slick roads on the way back. The car handled terribly and its an awd. Rear wheel drive cars were holding the road better than me. I took it into a shop here in town and they found $2500 in repairs to make it drive straight. After dealing with prestman auto's salesman Alec and Service Manager Bob for 3 weeks the car got shipped back to prestman for repair. Well guess what they didnt repair things only bent and tweaked things again, popping in ball joints that were out, bending mounting brackets ect.. Well after prestman had the car for 2 1/2 weeks I got it back with my front bumper and fender damaged. Dent in wheel well causing the clear coat to spider web and peel, a crack in the bumper and scratched up fender. Bob the Service manager refused to own up to the bumper and blamed the shipping company. So now my bumper is jacked and Bob tells me to get lost. Driving the car after getting it back I now hear a strut noise going crazy and the clutch slipping. So back into the shop and got a repair bill for $3000 this time. I called Bob he refuses to help me again, Alec the sales man cant do anything either let alone return your call.

So to recap a car will 9,000 miles I've paid $3000 in repairs for a car I've owned for 4 months, prestman said they fixed the damage from the $2500 quote, but they just bent things back. They also ruined my bumper and refuse to help me fix it. Oh and I bought their best warranty.....it hasn't covered anything and seems like a waste of money. $5500 in repairs the first 4 months and a ruined bumper and fender THANKS ALOT PRESTMAN!

I will never buy a car from prestman again let my mistake save you time and $$$ in the long run.

Tips if you're looking at a car from them:
Get the vin number and do a google image search. You will see the car from the auction site prestman buys them from. See where it was damaged.
Now that you know where the car was impacted check all body lines and bring a tape measure.
Measure the bumper from side to side ground to bumper. This will show you if things are tweaked. My car is 5in on one side and 6in on the other....
Also measure the tire gaps inside the wheel well from side to side, again looking for tweaking.
Its well worth getting the car into a shop on a wrack to be looked over dont rush and give them a deposit down get the car looked at first. Cars that have been wrecked if not repaired correctly will have alignment issues get the alignment checked. While the car sat in the wrecking yard the doors or windows might have been left open look for dust build up in door hinges. Dont trust anything prestman says they lie lie lie and will not help you after the sale.

This dealership is awesome, they have lots to pick from and all really nice pricing. Needed something cheap yet didn't want to drive a run down Junker. Colin was our sales guy he said he wouldn't sell anything to us if he didn't feel comfortable about us buying it. More dealers need to be like this.

I bought a car from them and I really wish I hadn't. The car has a clean title so there were no problems with the car but before buying it I had two different salesmen (Todd and Alec) confirm that there were 3 sets of keys for the car. I asked about them because on the key chain they had it indicated that set was 1 of 3. I went ahead with the purchase and Todd said he couldn't find the other keys but he would find them and call me when I could pick them up.

A week went by and I never heard from him so I called him to ask. He said they still couldn't find them but would let me know when they found them. This happened 3 more times over the next month with me talking to both Todd and Alec about it. Finally they admitted that the keys never existed and that one of the girls probably messed up on the key chain. They claimed they are not responsible for it even though what I purchased was a working vehicle with 3 sets of keys, not one. To "compensate" for the "misunderstanding" they said they would buy 1 extra set for me. I agreed to that because I wanted to be fair and I don't really need 3 sets. What I came to realize though is that they purchased a key and fob for me ($30) but refused to pay for the key to be cut and get them coded to my car which would cost another $120. So essentially they gave me a worthless piece of plastic and metal.

It has been very frustrating to work with them and it seems like the culture there is to lie and not take any ownership for their work. The salesmen kept claiming it was the other employee's fault and passing me back and forth. All I want is what I agreed to pay for. I didn't get what I paid for and they have refused to be of any help.

To make matters worse, when I got my license plates I found out they had ordered the wrong ones! They are not honest and care nothing for customer service. The "detail" they performed when I bought the car was more of a quick wipe down and vacuuming job. I found a bunch of crumbs and a dead fly in the back of the car, pretty much in plain view.

I will warn you to steer clear of Prestman Auto. My parents bought the same car around the same time at Mark Miller Subaru down the road and their experience was great. I suggest you go there instead.

Terrible place to go. I was looking at their 2000 Chevy Suburban they have for sale. I inquired about the vehicle and asked about everything wrong with it. I was told everything wrong with it is detailed in their inspection report. I asked if there was any body rust on the vehicle as well and was told no. We negotiated a deal and said I am driving 400 miles from idaho to pick this vehicle up. I asked again is everything wrong with it listed in the report, I was told yes. I get there and the vehicle has body rust on both sides and on one side all the way through and can see the hole. Also, the head gasket is about to go out on the vehicle and they didn t even tell me that or disclose it. I got my refund for the hold I put on it so that was good. They completely wasted my time and money to get there. The manager even said usually this vehicle wouldn t be sold here, he would sell it at a auction because people wouldn t have time to look at it. But since Covid closed the auctions he is trying scam people. Shady car dealership that will try and sell you cars that are jacked up. Don t buy a car here. Also, if it s not obvious enough DONT buy the 2000 Chevy Suburban 3/4 ton 6.0 for sale!

Don't believe every review you see on here. When I bought my car from Them over a year ago they bribed me and my husband to write a good review about them on here and they'll give us couple of free car cleaning and oil checks. I just thought it was funny how many of these good reviews are fake. Of course any of us would love something for free just to write a good review even if we didn't mean it. So for those of you who are wondering why this place has so many good reviews after having a bad experience... Well this is why..

I purchased an extended warranty on a car that had been in a flood. I figured it would be a good thing to have. A few months later I started having multiple electrical problems due to the flood water. I decided to use the warranty for a repair which I realized was not very good at all. I ended up paying several hundred dollars in diagnosis charges, shop fees, taxes, and the first 200.00 of the total repair cost. In addition to all of this the warranty wouldn t cover a rental car for the several days my car was in the shop. Overall I still forked out about 500 bucks on a repair that was close to 600. What was this warranty even good for? So I decided I wanted to cancel my warranty and get a pro-rated amount back. When I called Prestman Auto I was finally able to get ahold of the finance manager (Traci) who was so fake on the phone. He pretended to be so sorry and sympathetic but informed me that I had signed some piece of paper back when I purchased the car which stated that I could only cancel within 3 days of the initial purchase, then I was out of luck after that. I found out from lots of other dealers and warranty companies to find out that this appears to be the only one that s not refundable. Prestman has their own in house warranty and that makes sense as to why it s so horrible. Stay away from this dealership. They are helpful and nice to you when your buying a car but after that could care less. They are your typical shady, dishonest, money hungry, used car dealership. Take note that all of the cars they sell gave salvaged titles because of floods, major wrecks, etc. It s a gamble that i wish I never made.

Just bought a luxury Infiniti at Prestman Auto and had a great buying experience. I like the firm pricing and honesty regarding a "branded" title. Nate was an awesome salesperson! Have only had the car a few days but so far well worth the savings!!!!

Had a great experience buying a new car from Prestman Auto. They were very helpful, transparent and upfront about the car. Trevor Durfey was great. He was very knowledgable and willing to let us find the car that we wanted. I would highly suggest Prestman Auto.

I test drove the car one weekend but returned to Wyoming without buying. After reconsidering I called and made all the arrangements over the phone so when I came back everything was ready to go. I have purchased several cars at other places but this was the easiest. After driving it a few hundred miles I am glad that I bought this car. Thanks Prestman Auto, a great experience.

This dealership is horrible!
I went in to check out a Audi and asked if I can take it for a test drive. The little boy let me know I can't test drive it until I fill up a application. I'm sorry but I will not sign any documents until I'M ready to purchase a vehicle. To my understanding anybody with a License can test drive a vehicle.

I had posted a positive review previously. The buying experience through Prestman was good. However, I now feel like we were swindled. We bought an extended warranty, which we were told would cover anything that goes wrong with the car, from electrical, to mechanical, etc. A door handle broke, normal use. There is an electrical component to the handle. It's all perfectly intact, but it won't open from the outside. The warranty won't cover it, and all Prestman will say about it is "sorry", and charge us the full amount of the repair. I don't believe this is in good faith, and it almost feels like this $5k warranty we bought can arbitrarily decide what they will or won't cover. We were told one thing by Prestman, and reality is otherwise. I wouldn't buy from them again.

2year update... Beware! I bought a lemon from them but it took two years to find out that it was a lemon. I have owned my car for two years now and mostly without problems. But now the engine is shot and I am being told it will cost $8000 to repair it. The dealership that is repairing it is telling me that this would have absolutely been known two years ago and that Prestmann auto opened up and repaired the engine. When I bought it they did not tell me they had to get into the engine they told me only minor repairs were required! Beware! Everything sounds great when you buy from them but the cars they sell are at a discounted price for a reason. The problems you have may not show up for years but you will pay for it down the road

Prestman Auto was a great place to buy a car! It was one of the only dealerships that we went to where we didn't feel a lot of pressure to walk out of the lot with a car. We made the decision on our own. Tracy was amazing to work with and is an awesome guy! He makes sure that you know anything and everything about the car that you are looking at so you know exactly what you are dealing with. He let us drive the car around a ton during the day multiple times! Overall we had a great experience and we would recommend Prestman Auto to anyone looking for a fantastic deal.

Wow. I am so unbelievably impressed at the great customer I received from Jason Bolhuis. When I called about a car I was looking at he double checked that all of the specs were correct and that the car had received its proper preparation before being available to look at.
He went so far as to bring it out to the front of the dealership before my dad got there to look at it, and even made a YouTube video for me that I could look at the car because I was t going to be able to make it that day to look at it. We ended up not buying the car, but I honestly wanted to buy it just for the fact of how nice and kind this man was. What a good brother and great dealership to purchase a car from.

Before buying from Prestman Auto I was referred by multiple people, after my experience I now understand why. Tyler was great to work with, I live out of town and he made the whole experience extremely easy! The car has been great so far and I will definitely be back to purchase from them in the future.
