I love the selection of vehicles at Prestman and I left on the initial day happy! Unfortunately, within 24 hours, a bunch of sensor errors started popping up and I called immediately. Their confidence inspiring speech about how reliable BlueStar auto inspections ensure avoiding lemons turned out to be completely invalid for my vehicle. In addition, the proceeding weeks waiting for my appointment were very stressful because I didn't pay for the ridiculously expensive extended warranty. The service team did their best to try to diagnose the issue, but they ended up simply reseting the codes and sent me back saying there were no real problems. How I wish this were true, it wasn't.

A month later, the sensor errors popped up again and I had to take the vehicle to a specialist to diagnose the faulty sensors. I took the vehicle back to Prestman and they replaced the suggested sensors and it didn't fix the vehicle. Over the next 40 days, they ended up taking my vehicle to 2 other specialists including the dealer to fix the issues. They were not very proactive during this time and I had to call up every week asking for details and pushing the process along. Keep in mind that during this time I was paying for the vehicle but not enjoying it. They were kind enough to give me a rental for part of the time and a loaner for the rest of it. They were going to charge me for these repairs and I had to threaten to leave a 1 star review in order to get the general manager's attention. They decided to pay for the repairs and I am grateful they did, but only after several escalations on my part. In my opinion, the service staff at Prestman are not qualified to be making repairs on complicated luxury vehicles. I feel that the "4.6 star google rating" is not a clear picture due to other stories like mine where buyers left the sales floor happy because they throw in some extras and then run into issues like me later. Do your research and look at the other followup reviews.

Pros:
- Vehicle issues ended up resolved without me being charged
- I have a very nice vehicle that saved a few thousand dollars

Cons:
- This was the most hassle that I've ever experienced buying a car. 40+ days in the shop.
- I have low confidence in Prestman's ability to repair complex luxury vehicles
- Just like most financing departments they tried to slip in extra fees, felt deceptive

TLDR: Got a lemon but they ended up taking care of it. A stressful, hassle-filled experience to save some money. Would not buy from Prestman again but your mileage may vary ;)
