Chris was great to work with. This was the quickest car buying process I ve been through. They were friendly and efficient. We ended up buying a car and the AC was making some strange noises, so they told us they d be in touch about getting that checked out. That was just a few days ago, so hopefully that all works out too!

I just bought a 2006 Lexus ES330 with only 55k miles for a steal! The staff at Prestman was great. They were super friendly, not pushy, and great to work with. I bought car at Prestman on 3/29 and had the best experience a buyer could experience. My salesman was Todd Painter and he was so easy to work with. We were in and out with a new car under 1 hour. I have done a lot of car shopping in the past and she is by far the most helpful and real person I've delt with. She Immediately tackled any issues we had and solved them all. But after taking the car home and having issues come up after, I thought I was screwed! No way, I told them about the problem and they took the initiative to find the problem and without fully committing to paying the repair bill in full they called me back and kept me informed and paid the repair in full. I have nothing but great things to say about Prestman Auto! I had been searching for a vehicle for a while and came across a Mazda CX-5 on Autotrader. I immediately contacted Prestman Auto that next morning to request more information, and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Matt, in sales, was incredibly thorough in sharing the details of the vehicle. He sent me all Carfax reports, safety inspections, pictures, and even made a video to show the vehicle in more detail. Although I was somewhat dreading buying a vehicle, he and his team made it as easy and enjoyable as it could ve been! Matt and Tracy were extremely obliging and made both purchasing and financing the vehicle enjoyable. The team also helped set up shipping, since I lived out of state and was not able to pick up the vehicle in person. They helped me work this deal remotely as I am traveling in Fiji & don t have access to documents or a way to sign. They sent me E Documents and I just did and electronic signature for the paperwork. We got this done in spite of a 16 hour time difference- it s 1 day ahead of Denver Mountain Time
Just bought an F-150 from Prestman Auto. I worked with Matt Z, Brian K, and Tracy throughout the process. They were all very professional, friendly and personable. I appreciated the laid back and no pressure sales approach. My wife and I were able to test drive all of the cars we were interested in and discuss our options without a salesman standing over our shoulders, but we were able to find them easily to get more information and have our questions answered. Additionally they have great inventory and good prices.

Edit: My wife's car that we bought from here was great. There were some bad parts that were in it (ford recall), she took it in to Prestman Auto service. They told her to take it in to Larry H Miller Ford (because they don't have the parts) and that they would take care of it, she was assured there would be no charges. Well I went to go pick up the car and now have to pay $300. Something something contract something something. Don't take Prestman auto's word for it. Stick to the contract or you will get surprises. Bringing this rating down a few stars.

Jeremy Baar was the best! We've never purchased a car with a branded title before, but Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helped resolve any reservations we had. It almost felt like he owned the same kind of vehicle we were looking at. He was patient, clear, and upfront on everything. We also looked at another popular branded car dealer before going to Prestman and we found that Prestman was WAY better in all facets. The staff and the quality of their inventory was much better. And the service we've received so far AFTER signing papers has been so impressive. We found a couple of very minor things the next day and Tammy with their service team has been wonderful. I certainly feel like they want to go above and beyond to make me a customer for life. When visiting Prestman, be sure to ask for Jeremy. I haven't worked with a better sale person. He is the man!
My wife and I purchased our first rebuilt titled car with Prestman for a decent discount off of what a normal titled vehicle would sell for. The dealership is very nice with lots of inventory. Parking is difficult within the lot and I'm still not sure where guests are to park. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy who was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was very nice and was not pushy at all about us purchasing something. He gladly allowed us to test drive a few cars and they even wash them first and if need be allowed us to take the car home for a decent amount of time. I would give a 5 star review, but I only have one compliant. We purchased a $12k car, but when we went to close the contact price of the car was over $17k. I expected around $13k out the door, with tax, title, plates, etc., but I noticed a $3000 service contract on the purchase price. I asked the finance person (whom I will not name) about this and he informed me about the details of the contact after which, I politely declined. This individual proceeded to debate with me around the purchase of the service contract and acted as though I was stupid for not wanting to purchase it. My first thought was that this guy must be getting some kind of serious commission for this service contract sale, but it began to feel kind of heated after about 15 minutes of me declining the contract and him continuing to push. I won't let this one individual speak for my whole experience with our purchase but please we ware of this before closing on a car and if possible make sure not to provide a deposit on a vehicle until reviewing the sale contract.

Buying a car is not an enjoyable experience. Fortunately we connected with Tracy and he made the process less painful. There is always anxiety when buying a vehicle with a branded title and Tracy took the time to answer all our questions and concerns as well as educate us on the process. He even gave us the background on Prestman Auto which also helped us feel more at ease in spending money. When we are in the market for another car we'll definitely contact Tracy.

Prestman Auto is by far one of the best dealerships I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They are located in Salt Lake City, Utah and I am located in California. Nate was one of the easiest salesman I have worked with. He helped me get all of my paperwork ready while I was in CA. I couldn't purchase my Lexus RCF until Black Friday so I made a deposit of $3000 to secure it. He took that window of opportunity to get the car cleaned and detailed for me. My friend and I flew to SLC and Nate was very kind enough to pick us up and he was super early waiting for us. When we got to the dealership, the RCF looked phenomenal when I got there. He is a really great saleman. Prestman Auto the dealership itself is a phenomenal experience. The inside of the dealership makes you feel like you are at a luxury dealership. My friend and I road tripped back to CA. Prestman Auto was so generous and had such great hospitality that they allowed us to take a couple of sodas, water, and snacks with us on our return trip. Prestman Auto is the dealership to work with for sure. Highly recommended.

Absolute mistake buying a car here. The car has needed repairs twice in the first few weeks, both times the service department screwed up in ordering the wrong parts and took the entire day to fix while inwaited around since quoting me an hour or 2. Not sure if they are deceitful, lazy or just don t care, but avoid this place all around!! I sure wish I had.
I buy all my cars through CJ. In the 8 cars I have bought I have never had a problem. I have worked with all the sales team in the past years and it was my pleasure to work with Trevor Durfey on this sale. Let me just say Trevor is the Nordstrom of Car Sales. He didn't pressure us in any way and was patient as we test drove and considered our options. We closed with the sales manager there, Travis Cheesman. He was quick and efficient. He gave advice where advice was wanted and helped us make informed decisions. We got an awesome deal on the car and are thrilled with our purchase. Prestman auto is a great place to buy a car, because of the salvaged title all the cars are a lot cheaper and they are in great quality! I just bough myself a John Works mini Cooper and I love it! The service warranty is great and everyone there is very friendly.
Bought a car from their Lindon location, but brought it to the service department in SL with a concern prior to a road trip. They were obviously very busy with a full schedule, but fit me in and took care of the issue promptly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff... regular positive experiences with these guys.

After almost buying another vehicle, my husband convinced me to look into a luxury auto. Prestman Auto offered luxury autos at a great price so I decided to reach out via Facebook messenger to see a vehicle. Micah Costa responded quickly and answered all my questions before we decided to come into Prestman to test drive. Micah had the vehicle already pulled up front and ready for us which made it very convenient. After test driving the car, he gave us all the information necessary to make a knowledgable purchase. We decided to buy the vehicle with no high pressure sales - which we loved! We had a flight to catch and didn't feel rushed into a vehicle and instead were given an option to come back after our vacation to finish the sale. Everything was done so professionally and we felt well respected. Micah was an awesome sales person and we would recommend him. My only wish of the dealership is that they would have given me a full tank of gas to leave the lot with. Other than that, great place to buy a vehicle!

I generally don't recommend buying a car on a whim, but I think that's about what we did....and without any buyer's remorse. We stopped at the dealership (with no intention of buying) because we happened to be in the area and thought we'd look over a Pilot listed on KSL. That was Monday night just before closing. (Both nights we were there well past 7 pm.) We didn't think our salesman and the finance guy could work enough magic that we could comfortably buy the car, but somehow they did it. Travis Cheesman was wonderful to work with. He was patient and helpful, supportive without pushing and we really had a very positive experience working with him. We'd recommend Travis at Prestman Auto to anyone interested in buying a good vehicle at a great price from a gracious and generous dealership. I've read some of these other reviews and no one promised us anything for a positive review - Travis asked for ANY review and that if we'd had a good experience, even better. As we left, my husband commented that the whole process had been absolutely painless, and easily the best car-buying transaction of his life. The branded title saved us thousands and with a Carfax report was easily explained. We love our new Honda Pilot! The next time we need a car, we'll certainly go back to work with this dealership. And we'd recommend Travis and the rest of them to anyone else without a single reservation. Excellent service! Thank you so much for all your help!
I purchased a Buick Enclave from Prestman Auto. My salesperson was Chase Billings. I had to travel from out of state, approximately a 1200 mile round trip. Initially I was a little nervous about the entire process, being so far removed from the car. I talked with Chase and told him what steps I would like him to take in order to assure me the car was exactly what I wanted. After a lot of upfront questions from me Chase took the car for a test drive and informed me of the results. Once I was assured the car drove well, with no issues, Chase provided a third party inspection. When the inspection results came back good I asked Chase to have a hitch and wiring harness installed. Chase kept me informed during the entire process. When I arrived, because of his work upfront the entire buying process took about an hour and thirty minutes from when I walked into the dealership to when I drove out with the Enclave. I trade cars every couple of years and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I would highly recommend Prestman and most certainly Chase Billings. Kerry
I called in on a 2010 scion XD and spoke to Tracy. He answered about 20 minutes of questions on the phone until I couldn't think of anymore. He never rushed me on the phone and I felt like an important and educated customer during all of the phone calls made. I drove from cedar city just to purchase the car, and was overall very happy with the experience and with the car although I have only had it for a few days. Will write a continuation of this post at a later time. But Tracy was seriously awesome and I recommend him and prestman auto to anyone looking to buy a used car!!
We started by just requesting information from Marshal on two different vehicles. We received a quick response with specific details. Marshal didn't try to sell the car as much as just provide clear concise information. Very good experience and having bought branded vehicles from other shops will return to Prestman first going forward.

BUYER BEWARE. RUN, don't walk away from this place. Absolute WORST place in the history of dealerships we have EVER dealt with. Prestman Auto is a STEALERSHIP, not dealership. Bought a $50k Jeep and paid an extra almost $4 freaking grand for an extra extended warranty, and PROMISED the light and carbon fiber would be fixed my MULTIPLE people. Took it in shortly after purchase. They had the Jeep almost TWO MONTHS. My BF literally had to diagnose and point out a front censor issue they couldn't seem to figure out. Call after call after CALL they FINALLY called and said "Uhhhh the carbon fiber is on back order and so is the light come get it". This was last year. Now the water pump is going out. So we figure we will take it in and have everything done at once. Once again the nimrods in the service department literally need to be grabbed by the nose and SHOWN the problem for them to fix it. Then they say they refuse to warranty the CF & front light. Manger makes us wait 30+ mins (with no one in his office) to come in. BF starts explaining the problem, their promises, and even pulls out a sticky note THEY wrote on to fix the problems and the DOUCHEBAG manager Travis literally laughs in his face and says "Well it was YOUR responsibility to make sure WE put it in our notes, so since I don't see anything I'm done with you, you can leave now". WOW. What excellent customer service. So the customer needs to babysit you and call you MULTIPLE times to even get a return call. We didn't buy a $1,000 crapbox, this was a $50k Jeep with your ridiculous warranty and empty promises. UNLESS YOU LIKE TAKING IT UP THE REAR DRY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
I went in to Prestman Auto yesterday afternoon with my Mom to buy a new car. I had been corresponding with Debbie Francis earlier in the day and then she gave me a call to come in and set up a test drive for a 2013 Mazda CX-5 Touring Edition that I had been looking at online. When I bought my car they were nice and willing to help. BUT Once I bought my car and some time had past it was a different story! They became hard to work with and didnt follow through with things they said they would do. I had to call multiple times to check that what I wanted was getting resolved, which it wasn't. I had to physically go in and try to get it sorted out after 3 weeks of phone calls and seeing zero results. I was trying to fix something they messed up while getting my car detailed there, which should have been the other way around. After going into the shop I am still trying to get it all sorted out, they tried giving me the piece of material that they ripped back thinking that was good enough. When before they touched it, it was 100% fine. I wont work with CJ Prestman again after this experience. Their nice when they know their getting your money, but once they have that your no longer a priority or care to them.
I was a little skeptical about buying a branded title, however Trevor was very professional and helpful with everything. He didn't hide anything about the history of the car and made sure I felt comfortable with it. He was courteous and great with my kids as well. I would definitely buy another car at Prestman Auto in the future.
