I lost both of my legs last year an right out of surgery Eric from precision orthotics and prosthetics was there. Really came out of surgery not knowing how am I going to do anything after this. But he was there to let me know that there s hope. With the staff an Jeff In my appointment They actually take the time to talk an take the time on details Like adjustments and any worries or concerns you have. Seriously so happy with this company.

I had to be fitted with a walking boot. Bill helped me by making me specialized boot for my calf. I'm so happy with this boot compared to the one I had from a year ago. The whole staff was very friendly . They have convenient walk-in hours too. I would definitely recommend them

I went to the POP Prosthetics on West Cheyenne and had a great experience. From the scheduling, the front office, back office and Ryan the Orthotist, they were all so patient and helpful. This place is so awful. The front desk girl was horrible with her rendition of customer service. The waiting room is the size of a sauna and felt like one too. If your insurance gives you options don t choose this place.

I hate this place because I have to get shoes with velcro straps instead of laces when I get the shoes I'm going to throw them in the trash along with the brace

I have walked like a Champion for over 18 years because of Jimmy Colson and his entire family of workers that honestly know what they are doing. Unlike others in this city with no need to name names since you know who you are. Anyone that can say terrible things about Mr. Colson, obviously doesn't know the man! I'd trust him with my life. In the trenches, I know he would have my back! Can you say that about your Prosthetic and Orthotic center? DOUBT IT. If you are new in town, and need this kind of help and service. Go see Jimmy and Jeff. You won't regret it. Even if you are not new in town. Give POP a shot and see what you've been missing. Everyone who works here really genuinely care about the patients they love to help. I have personally recommend them to many people who have had there lives changed for the better by going here. Although I haven't lost any of my extremities I have had to get many different braces for just about everything imagined. I have seen them go the extra mile and witnessed tears of joy more than once.

I am French on vacation in Vegas and I had a problem with the socket of my tibial prosthesis which was broken. Elden Henry-Pottinger was the person who helped this 87 year old, with very aching feet and swollen legs, get fitted with totally comfortable and completely supportive shoes. Excellent experience. Eldon the BOCPO is very thorough and takes time explaining everything I needed to know. My leg braces are high grade and made perfectly and the shoes I got from him are amazing. I now can walk without a limp and feel stronger and steady on my feet. If you need to relieve leg pain and or walk much better then go to this place. Children and adults are expertly taken care of. Today god shined upon me. I have been suffering since the age of 17 with congenital deformities of my lumbar spine. When i turned 25 i became a chronic pain patient im now 36. I have what is called ankylosing spondylitis. it has caused my cervical spin and lumbar spine to collape on their structures and i have two imploded lumbar vertebrae and 4 lumbar herniated discs. I have been living with pain since i was a teenagaer that my parents chalked up to growing pains. they newer took me to see a physician. Believing them it took me until i was 25 to find out the cause of my chronic pain because now i was loosing sensation in my legs and falling to my knees and face regularly. After i was diagnosed i was sched for a 4 level lumbar inter body fusion and pedicale screw stabilization. the doctor told me he would probably ultimately paralyze me and the pain would not be cured. I was labeled a poor surgical candidate for Nuerospine surgery and sent to pain management at 24 years of age. i have been given every drug on the market. They even had me on 30omcg of transdermal fentanyl daily among a slue of other meds to control my excruciatingly disabiling pain. I was a board certified Surgical Assistant and a Fellow of the Association of Surgical technologists before this happened i had an amazing career as a health professional in front of me. My neuro surgeon suggested i wear a lumbar corset with a rigid abdominal front. This rigid plate on the brace pushes your abdominal contents up against the anterior portion of your spine helping to keep the lumbar spine in a normal state of alignment thus giving the patient relief. I paid thousands for this brace and i never felt any relief from it. things just became worse.
Finally, ten years later if found Dr. Stephen Gephardt, Md. This doctor has literally helped eliminate pain that i was having that i had absolutely no control of even with medical treatment from other doctors. Then i asked can we order a new lumbar corset. Dr. Gephardt refered me to Precision orthodtics.
I saw Mike the paractioner there who had several option of back braces to choose from. The brand of brace is from Aspen Medical. The first brace Mike fitted me with was a small lumbar corset. Once i put it on immediately i began to feel releif of lunar spine pain and pain that shoots down my leg called chemical radiculopathy. The pain faded away within minutes and in the first time in ten years I have never had control of my spinal pain this quickly. Morphine did not work as fast. I began to start crying and laughing because is this really happeneing that my pain that usually is severe has ceased to a 0.5 in two minutes.
I would like to thank Mike at precision orthotics from the bottom of my heart for helping me with the options provided to me and the ultimate outstanding care I was given. thank you so much for ceasing my chronic pain that would last 24 hrs daily for the last 25 years. You all are wonderful caregivers giving the disabled a very real chance to become functional and also giving us a chance to contribute to society.
I can t thank you enough Mike. You are surely an angel saint sent by god to care for your patients.

Depending on insurance I used this place 2 years ago and after a year with a very disappointing alternative, Senior Dimensions saw the error of their ways and have returned to Precision. I like them, they do a good fit for orthopedic shoes. The staff is fast efficient and friendly.

Some of the worst customer service,incompetent is all I can say. 8 weeks to get shoes, "home made" inserts , weeks of waiting for prosthetic inserts. No returned calls fyom them . Just poor poor service. Inserts finally delivered... And cheaply made, worn thru in a few weeks . my wife is a health care professional of 30 years and she was shocked at the POOR ,POOR quality and we are reporting their practiced.SAVE YOUR TIME ,MONEY AND AGGRAVATION !

I had great service on both occasions to get compression stockings and a knee brace.friendly and quick service.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, all my questions were answered.

Don't need an appointment, but in reality you better. It just seemed like no one wanted to bother making one. I only went in for compression stockings. The provider didn't seem to care about my opinion in regards to my feet. Measured wrong. Didn't listen when I said measure the left side, because it's bigger. Measured the right only.No one thought to take off the compression socks I was wearing. So the measurements were even less accurate. He wanted to argue with me when I said I preferred men's. Then I had to come back days later because their authorization process is inefficient. No appointment so it took 2 hours then it was done poorly and then I had to come back later to get something that was in hand and wait another 20 minutes. This place is inefficient and poorly run, but they won't take any responsibility for their process and procedures. I've gotten the same thing before and didn't have to come back to get except when they had to order it. And since I've had these before I knew what I needed, but the provider/technician didn't even bother to ask. Even though I was wearing some. So now I have something that's not going to fit as well and I probably won't wear them. Will never go there again

Excellent Service. They were able to get my daughter in same day for a brace fitting. Lee did a great job and made sure things were perfect before we left. Everyone was easy to deal with and went out of their way make our visit great. Would definitely return if needed (but hopefully we wont have to).

BEWARE!! It only takes one bad encounter to ruin the entire visit with a doctor. Dr. Elden was very attentive and helpful, I even took my dad to get diabetic shoes because how well the doctor worked. Unfortunately, Jennifer a reception clerk contradicted the information the doctor and the check out clerk gave me, saying my mom needed to be present. I specifically asked if I could pick up my mom's brace without her being present I was told yes by the doctor and the check out clerk. Jennifer also took it upon herself to give me incorrect information claiming my mom's surgery was still "pending. " information in regards to the surgery is not part of Jennifer's duties she only needed to worry about the brace information, since that's what her office handles. I understand insurance delays and authorizations, which is why I confirmed with the insurance and even took the brace approval number. When I told Jennifer about the approval she insisted it did not get approved I told her to call the insurance office. I also called the insurance office, and was told my mom's surgery was approved last month. When I told this to Jennifer after returning with my mom she simply shrugged, no apology or anything. All of this could've been avoided if they answered the phone, but that's another issue. If it's a time sensitive issue you need help with you'll get a call back after business hours or the next day. My issue was time sensitive because the surgery is the next day in the morning, there is no time to wait around. In conclusion, I will not be returning aside from picking up the shoes ordered for my dad. I also informed the referral I gave to look for another office

I called into ask some questions regarding a patient of ours who was soon to discharge who had questions about his leg brace and perhaps getting a new leg brace. I was very satisfied with the information i was able to give to my client and his specific insurance questions. POP ROCKS!!!!

Although the girls at the front desk are kind and helpful, I am unimpressed by the consultants. I had a new leg brace made. When I picked it up, the consultant took my shoe and brace out of the room. When he came back, the brace was in the shoe so tightly, I was afraid of breaking it when I wanted to take it out at home. At NO time, was I asked if I had questions or given good instructions. I asked to take the bag it came in home and was told they needed it for their records. Really??? I should also add that he had trouble getting my foot in the shoe. Did it occur to him that I might have the same problem? I guess not.

Everyone was wonderful the service I received was over the top and they created a prosthetic crow boot everyone comments on how BEAUTIFUL it is I would definitely recommend Precision

I have been to P.O.P for custom inserts and shoes. The fitting experience was great. I haven't had any foot pain or discomfort since I been using their orthotics. I like how the guy I seen provided care instructions for the shoes and inserts and he made sure all your questions are answered.
The staff is great, the service is fast and everyone is very professional. I would like to stay with this company for any future services I may need.

While waiting in this appropriately named waiting room I saw old friend there. He had a debilitating stroke and needs a helper to move and he has a Rx for his condition.

While chatting bout nothing and everything he asked me about this office. Told him that I was a previous customer and they messed up my order but quickly resolved the situation.

A week later I asked him about his experience.

He told me that they lost his prescription.

They cannot learn.

Best in town!!! My husband has gotten prosthetic legs from other companies and they don t even compare to Precision! Also, I am a Cocktail Server, and getting compression tights from here was extremely quick and easy, and has saved my legs!!!

Jimmy & the Gang over at Pop certainly do make you feel like family when you go there. I highly recommend Pop for anyone who needs any kind of Orthotics or Prosthetics. Everyone is so kind and very professional there, it's like hanging out at your cousin's house. I truly have never had any problems there. Thank you again my prosthetic leg turned out beautiful.

Saying I am thrilled is an understatement. I am joyous, elated, excited and praising God. First, I am thankful for having health insurance. I was only responsible for $200 and they paid the rest (from $1,400to $1,695).This brace which is manufactured by @ctikneebraces which is part of @ossurcorp.

The man in picture is Lee. I truly believe he is the angel of constructing knee braces. He had to measure and re-measure my knee and leg for a precise fit. Lee was so awesome he listened to my story in early December 2018. I was pretty hysterically, crying and was tired of my legs and knee clasping. Lee said wait and he took over an hour to get measurements for a perfect fit. He did not tell me not to cry. We talked about, God, life and laughed.

Yesterday, I went and my brace was ready (can you guess the braces name? ). It fit like a glove. No it will not take all the pain away. However, it will stabilize my right knee and even out weight disturbed throughout my lower body. If you look at knee it is bending into the left. As they correct my hips and body, It was bending more and more. The greatest problem was my constant falling. Last Monday was a pretty serious fall. I bruised my shoulder and body. The brace will work for now until I can get surgery on my right knee and hip..

Mike is absolutely the best. We went there merely for compression socks for my husband and he noticed that he had dropped foot and showed him some braces that might help. No one before had ever said anything about there being braces available to help him walk better. Mike took all the measurements ordered on and it has definitely helped my husband be more steady on his feet. I highly recommend Mike and pop prosthetics

I am new in town and was referred to Pop Prosthetics. Front desk people were nice, friendly and took me to the exam room right away so I don't expose myself to other clients with this pandemic. Hand Sanitizer easily available.Teresa who fitted me was very pleasant, washed her hands 3 times while I was with her, assisted me when I needed help and explained well. I did not like when she set my bras or forms on the bare counter or table without a paper towel due to corona virus which I corrected. She complied and respected my preference. Teresa was caring, friendly, spent a good amount of time during fitting and showed me different style options. After Fitting me, Teresa told me it will take approximately 4-6 weeks for my order to come. I could not believe my order came in less than a week!! I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you Teresa for the wonderful care.:)

This was a new experience for me. Actually this was my first surgery ever that was really serious. I truly thank Dr. Kubiak for his professionalism and kindness. His helpers I give a shout out to you also for making me fell comfortable with what I m going through.i truly believe in the souls of man there is a bound amongst us because my doctor knew I was in extreme pain and he help me. I m just awaiting the further proceedings with Mr.Kobiak in helping me obtain what s rightfully mine and that s my social security disability to further assist me further not to become homeless.

I was extremely impressed with everyone I worked with at POP from my advocate Eric Eierdam, who prepared me for every step of what to expect and not only that but he accompanied me to all of my surgeon appointments. Then I met Jess she was amazing and is amazing she measured me for my leg and my Arizona brace and gave me so much attention. She continually asked if everything was OK while she was working with me very concerned that I was OK nothing hurt nothing was out of whack in anyway what more can I say she is the best. Then I met Jeff he stepped in while Jess was out of the office for a few weeks on a humanitarian mission. I am just continually Impressed with the professionalism and the care that I have been given every moment that I have been at POP.. it doesn t in there when it comes to the front of the house the schedulers and for me especially Megan who takes care of the insurance in the billing she has also gone above and beyond as far as I m concerned. I would implore anyone who has mobility issues to definitely make POP their priority in choosing who they work with. POP is a very professional and caring company.

The overall staff has been great to me. It's the first time I've gone to any medical office where they offer water, soda, or tea, and in general lots of smiling faces. For whatever needs you need orthotic and prosthetic wise, i would definitely say come to their office.
