Fast, friendly and efficient, couldn t ask for more.

I am happy to share my experience with POP Prosthetics. My orthotist was Jess at the Henderson location, and she went out of her way to make sure my prosthetics fit perfectly. Because of my many anatomical issues I am hard to fit. Jess was so patient and kind, going out of her way to make me feel like I was the most important customer she ever had.

The staff was very prompt and cordial and Lee's knowledge and suggestions were well received.

The whole POP team are wonderful people who have given me so much more mobility when I had almost given up hope. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

I love POP'S. They are always friendly and they take their job seriously. They treat their customers like part of the family.

A great place made me feel welcome and staff were great happy with my product and Ryan King is knowledgeable and was very helpful and took very good care of me.

Staff was very experienced had a very pleasant time there, they knew what they were doing and fitting of my shoes was very impressed by the service I received.

Lee is the best. The brace did he help me get. Has changed my life. I'm able to do more with my family now. I would recommend everyone at this facility to my family, and anyone that needs help.

Being a new amputee,and very sensitive about my condition,the staff was soooo kind in welcoming me. Eric was very accommodating and Jeff was a GEM in helping me get thru the process of acquiring my prosthetic leg. Mike came in and added to the Company's overall CONCERN to my transition. They are Angel's on Earth, everyone here!!!

The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. I called and spoke with a kind employee who said as long as I arrived by 4:40, I could come in. I left early from work and arrived at 4:20 but was told by the front desk gal that they weren't seeing any more patients today and I would need to come back tomorrow. When I told her I had called ahead of time and was assured I could be seen, she rolled her eyes and told her co-worker in front of me and everyone else in the sitting area that she was responsible for calling my insurance since she gave me the go ahead. After filling out paper work and providing my insurance card and identification, she continued to give me attitude and openly displayed her annoyance and inconvenience at me being there. I wouldn't come back here nor recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of businesses that treat people with kindness and respect without acting put out and rude.

I am so great full to the wonderful staff for the wonderful service that was provided to me over the past 5 years that i have been a client and I would like to thank Mike Weide for all hes done hes very professional and very friendly. I do recommend this company

We went to another Dr in the Summerlin area and they were not as professional and the technology they used was not as accurate and modern.

When it comes to Prosthetics in our case a helmet for our child. This is the only place you should consider.

Dr Elden Henry Pottinger is professional and exceptional at the care he has provided our son.

We got a Cranium Remolding Orthosis aka Helmet.

If i could give zero stars i would.. I have developed severe nerve damage do to their Negligence.... wouldnt recommend them ever!!!!!

There was an issue getting my diabetic shoes. I know it is not completely to blame on POP, but it took more than 3 months to get my order. Once the order arrived, there was then a problem with the billing. It was very frustrating.

I was seen there twice both times friendly staff and nice clean environment, it would of been 5 stars but from being fitted for my knee brace early December, it didn t come til end of January and they told me two weeks max, I didn t get a call to say running behind. I called and then was told it was going to be late. Other than i love this office.

Im so glad I found Derek. He is an awesome man and saved my life 3 years ago at hanger. I had a bad leg guy and lost all hope of everything including my life. I almost committed suicide and Derek saved me with his gentle voice and calmness. It was a tearful reunion and I'm so happy at the way I got treated there... I even got a barbie I love it and its going on my wall. Derek is the best in the . I'd follow him anywhere I felt like a VIP.. but Derek is a MVP... you all are thank you so much..

Absolutely amazing they are like family they treat us with up most Respect and urgency on our needs first class top tier all the way the staff are extraordinary God bless them there a true blessing !!!

The staff is GREAT, helping with anything you need with a smile. The owner has one GREAT company, he is someone who cares about taking care of his patients and helping people outside of his company for many many years! Well worth taking your business here for all your prosthetics, orthopedics, compression stockings & diabetic shoes.

Outstanding group to work with. Jeff has been compassionate and very professional. I was apprehensive to begin with since this is a new experience for me but found them over the top in service and products.
My surgeon referred them to me and I am very grateful. The entire staff is extraordinary, professional and excellent in all ways.

Long wait in a drafty lobby, but very friendly receptionists and very friendly doctors. They were quick and efficient once we got called back, and my son actually LIKES his new orthotics! They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend, but I do suggest warm clothing for the lobby.

The staff was caring and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of diabetic shoes available. My wait time was brief and my shoes were a perfect fit.
