I was extremely impressed with everyone I worked with at POP from my advocate Eric Eierdam, who prepared me for every step of what to expect and not only that but he accompanied me to all of my surgeon appointments. Then I met Jess she was amazing and is amazing she measured me for my leg and my Arizona brace and gave me so much attention. She continually asked if everything was OK while she was working with me very concerned that I was OK nothing hurt nothing was out of whack in anyway what more can I say she is the best. Then I met Jeff he stepped in while Jess was out of the office for a few weeks on a humanitarian mission. I am just continually Impressed with the professionalism and the care that I have been given every moment that I have been at POP.. it doesn t in there when it comes to the front of the house the schedulers and for me especially Megan who takes care of the insurance in the billing she has also gone above and beyond as far as I m concerned. I would implore anyone who has mobility issues to definitely make POP their priority in choosing who they work with. POP is a very professional and caring company.
