Latitude Inc Review

Ryan Diest, Garrett Alt, John Cookman are all employees of this company and are rude as they come, however they are not clients or recruitees. In truth this company is a fraud. They knowingly advertise false Job positions. I met with the the vice President of the company Ron Kogok and he told me he knows and told me about this. If you see a job by Latitude anywhere even on their website chances are high that it is not real and never has been. Even if its on their own website. Ron Kogok the vice president spoke to me about this at his office in which I told him to stop falsely advertising the Jobs on the website. he refused and cited he has no control on website. This is the vice president of that same company saying this. they have accounts over so many Job boards. If you are applying to any these jobs they really are not there. I have been applying since June with jobs by latitude inc that I checked that matched with my resume but they tell me there havent been any new jobs posted whenever I call. yet again I see job posts by latitude being posted like two days ago. I have called Ryan Diest and Garrett Alt and John Cookman and they have told me every time they have not had a single job since June yet google and other job posts including their own site shows jobs that were posted by them that even say "Posted 2 hours ago" LatitudeInc.net is a fraudulent Website. Don't waste your time applying

Horrible communication. Sent multiple emails to both the recruiter and the parent company and never received a reply. This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies that I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

The work culture is great: laid back, hard working, and everyone gets a long, all at the same time. I was contacted by a representative of Latitude via email regarding my resume and I was offered a IT job on the spot. Ryan was a very professional and charismatic with me and began to explain the job over a scheduled phone interview. I was asked by him to come in for a face to face interview with him to get the usual paperwork filled out and to get a better understanding of the job. He maintained his professional figure throughout the interview and this was 2 weeks before the job started. He got back to me in a timely manner saying I got the job and to report to work the next day. It has been 6 weeks and I am still working there. Friendly workers and managers always there to help and overall a good job experience.

My only complaint was the company does not have a digital clock in clock out system to keep track of employees time. I was told to print out a time sheet, fill it out and submit my hours by the end of the week. In my case, Time sheet gets submitted every Friday evening since there is no weekend work. Other than that, I have had no issues with Latitude by far. For any new comers, Ask for Ryan as your recruiter. You won't regret it as he is always there to help via a phone call or email. If he is not available, he will get back to you ASAP.

I worked as a contractor with Latitude for 6+ months. Ryan Diest was the recruiter whom I worked after presenting me with an opportunity. It s been a seamless process working with him from the beginning. Highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, very flexible with his time, replies/returns call extremely fast. I worked for them beginning of 2018. I enjoyed the job I thought. Latitude does not favor women unfortunately. Beware of certain companies in Atlanta area.
