While waiting in this appropriately named waiting room I saw old friend there. He had a debilitating stroke and needs a helper to move and he has a Rx for his condition.

While chatting bout nothing and everything he asked me about this office. Told him that I was a previous customer and they messed up my order but quickly resolved the situation.

A week later I asked him about his experience.

He told me that they lost his prescription.

They cannot learn.
