Don't need an appointment, but in reality you better. It just seemed like no one wanted to bother making one. I only went in for compression stockings. The provider didn't seem to care about my opinion in regards to my feet. Measured wrong. Didn't listen when I said measure the left side, because it's bigger. Measured the right only.No one thought to take off the compression socks I was wearing. So the measurements were even less accurate. He wanted to argue with me when I said I preferred men's. Then I had to come back days later because their authorization process is inefficient. No appointment so it took 2 hours then it was done poorly and then I had to come back later to get something that was in hand and wait another 20 minutes. This place is inefficient and poorly run, but they won't take any responsibility for their process and procedures. I've gotten the same thing before and didn't have to come back to get except when they had to order it. And since I've had these before I knew what I needed, but the provider/technician didn't even bother to ask. Even though I was wearing some. So now I have something that's not going to fit as well and I probably won't wear them. Will never go there again
