Although the girls at the front desk are kind and helpful, I am unimpressed by the consultants. I had a new leg brace made. When I picked it up, the consultant took my shoe and brace out of the room. When he came back, the brace was in the shoe so tightly, I was afraid of breaking it when I wanted to take it out at home. At NO time, was I asked if I had questions or given good instructions. I asked to take the bag it came in home and was told they needed it for their records. Really??? I should also add that he had trouble getting my foot in the shoe. Did it occur to him that I might have the same problem? I guess not.
