I have been with this company for 14 years. They have been impeccable. Their prices have remained more than fair, their service timely. I have never left anything out that they wouldn't take for me. Highly recommended.

My neighbors and I found out that for years LT was not sending two trucks and not recycling our recyclables. All this time we thought they were doing it with one truck.
We were very disappointed and several of us called. They said they would correct the problem. A few months later they went back to not recycling.
Very disappointed in this.
We all switched services.

We have LT disposal for a few years and they have been great. No complaints, no issues as I pay them and they get rid of my garbage.

This week however my garbage was not picked up. There was road construction on Tueaday the pick up day so we waited figuring they would eventually pick it up but they did not.

My wife called today (Thursday) and they told her that there was nothing they could do. Then I politely called and explained that our garbage was getting rotten and is full and we need it emptied for a birthday party on Friday. I also offered to pay extra, on top of my contracted price. After 5 minutes on hold the polite enough female informed me that there was nothing they can do.

I don't love it.

Just switched to LT from my old company. Cheaper price and they have people that answer the phone. I use the transfer station to dump my trailer there too.

several times..no pickup, call and they don't call back.

Centerpoint is awesome. Never knew they were down there. Im saving a bunch of money dumping my trailer there instead of paying for rolloff boxes and its a lot easier

I was having problems with another local garbage company, and had also experienced issues with Waste Management before switching over to LT. I would highly recommend LT. Whenever I have a question, the office staff is great. My garbage is always picked up with no mess, and the best part is all this for half the price of what I was paying before. Go with LT Disposal.
