I met this company's representatives at the Philly Home Show, and think I dodged a bullet when the representative cancelled on me less than two hours before the at-home visit because my husband would not be attending the meeting. I had already indicated that I would be meeting with them myself, however, on the call I was told that it is company policy that the husband and wife attend the meeting - probably for a hard sell and to have access to your combined credit information. Without sharing more personal information here, I will just say that my husband and I discussed the plan for windows ahead of time. He did not feel like he needed to attend the session and trusts my ability to make decisions and collection information, too bad this company does not have the same respect for its potential clients. Yuck!
