Our experience with PHRG was amazing. We met a representative at BJs Wholesale. Next we scheduled an appointment. The sales was very informative. The install date had to be changed due to the timing of the custom sliding glass door. We called they provided us a new date and they are sending us a Visa Gift Card. The installation day was smooth. The installers were polite and professional. A manager stopped by that evening and showed us how to work the windows and how to activate the warranty. He was professional and helped us with our questions. We needed to schedule an appointment for touch up paint on the exterior windows. I spoke with Dave who helped me schedule a date for the touch up paint. He was empathetic and understood my concern. Overall I could have not asked for a better company to work with. PHRG treated my wife and I like family.
