Ty was totally professional. He approached me and wondered if I was interested in getting new windows. I told him that I was unemployed and was not interested at the moment. He responded that estimates were good for a whole year and I was immediately interested. He even offered me a job! After the appointment was set up, Matt Duffy stopped by and he was totally professional. He offered me an already low price. Unfortunately, I had to turn it down because I told him that I was unemployed. He offered me an even lower price! Afterwards, he told me what my finance price would be and I was sold. The installers were totally professional also and were prompt and early. They finished the job in only a few hours and made sure I was happy with the work.
