I absolutely, 150% would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, not even in the nature of a minor repair or installation. Not even to change a light switch cover.

Please, if you are reading this, keep reading.

We paid $16,000.00 for a few new windows and doors. The day of the installation, the crew was an hour late and did not reach out to us to let us know they were running behind.

Half way through the job, at the point where all of the windows and doors were removed from the house, the lead technician calls the other technicians outside. They meet in a circle for about 15 or 20 minutes. The lead technician eventually comes to me and says, I m sorry, we are going to have to stop work for the day. I need to see a doctor. Mind you, all of the windows and doors are removed from the house.

This technicians knee looked swollen when he arrived at our house, and I don t blame him for being concerned about it. Understood. However, he goes on to say, Well, I was at a job and I got a large splinter in my knee. It s been swollen like this for a couple of weeks and this is my first day at work since I took a few days off. Why didn t he see a doctor on his days off if he was concerned about it?

The lead technician tries to tell me that they ll have to finish the job the next day. There are no windows and no doors in our house.

The perturbing part is that this technician didn t think to let his supervisor know that they had to leave and that there was no solution to the problem. It was up to us to get a hold of someone to see if another crew could come finish the job.

Thankfully, another crew did come out to finish, but it wasn t until almost 7:00 at night. When they did finish, they said an inspector would be out to go over the work that was done.

No one ever showed up. We called and asked for an inspector to come look at the installation. No one ever came. We looked at the installation ourselves, and it was some of the worst quality work we had ever seen. The caulking was everywhere, there were pieces of siding falling off the house, there was a large gap between the door frame and the house to where you could almost see inside, and that s to say the least.

We call and call and send pictures for an inspector to come out and technicians to come repair the work. No one ever came. We called again and scheduled someone to come fix the work. Finally, some one came, but he said he couldn t fix it.

We called some more, again, no one shows up.

Months later, the repairs still not done, our front door breaks. We call and ask for a warranty repair. They said, Yes, of course your door is covered under warranty, but unfortunately, because of COVID-19, we aren t sending any one out.

We wait, we call again. Yes, you are number 1 on our list and yes, your door will be fully covered. We will call you when we are able to send people out.

We wait, yet again, we never get a phone call back. We had to call again. At this point they are sending people out to do warranty repairs. We talk to a guy, Rich Sobken, who says, yes, we ll send someone out right away, but unfortunately, your door is not covered under warranty.

We said, Well, we ve called a number of times and everyone said it would be covered.

Rich says, Who was the last person you talked to that told you that? We didn t know, so we asked him to look at his records.

He says, the last person you spoke to was me.

So, We ve been lied to on several different occasions from numerous people, including one who says he never told us it wasn t covered. We asked to elevate this issue to his supervisor. He says, Well, there isn t anyone above me, I m the floor manager. For a company as large as it is, how could this be?

Needless to say, don t ever, ever even get an estimate for the job your looking to do from this company.

Their customer service and quality of work is by far the worst we have ever seen and dealt with in our lives. We have never been so unhappy with anything we ve purchased than we are with this. Don t even think about calling.
