Everything went extremely smooth with the room, which was a complicated project because of the yankee gutters needing to be covered & external gutters being put on. The other big problem is that there was 4 layers & cedar shakes so the roof needed to be re-sheathed & it is a very steep roof, so the workers should be commended for their hard work and efficiency.
I am so pleased with this project that I have decided to do our vinyl siding as well!

Just had 11 windows installed within 6 hours from start up to complete clean up and walk through. Top notch service with a great team of guys. Very satisfied. Another rep came by after the installers left and walked through to make sure we were completely satisfied and of course offer other services. We were so pleased we bit and now they will be installing a new front door!

As for the windows some may feel they are a bit pricey, approx. 1000 a window but comes with transferable life time warrantee and an expected high savings on energy bills. A neighbor who had theirs replaced 18 months ago have seen a sizeable decrease in their monthly energy bill...one can only hope we have the same results.

It was and still is a nightmare from the project managers, and the lack of honesty from supervisors. I have yet to receive the $500.00 + credit which was promised to us done to the continual poor service etc..

Couldn't be happier with our decision to go with PHR. The installers came on time, were professional and I didn't have to worry about cleaning up after them because they took care of all that. I can't stop looking at my window now very pleased and will definitely use them in the future.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The Salesmen were pleasant and not aggressive during their sales presentation. They had great descriptions and examples. There was no hard sell. The Project Manager was very knowledgeable and communicated the entire process so that we understood what to expect. The window installers were very prompt and courteous. They were quite cautious to not damage our shrubbery and property. They were extremely careful to make sure they did not damage the carpet or inside of the house. They provided instructions on the cleaning, care and operation of the windows. They were professional in their work ethics and customer care. They made sure we had a complete, insulated and complimentary product. They installed 20 windows in 1-1/2 days. And we were impressed by the thorough cleanup and removal of all waste. Overall this has been a very positive experience.

The salesman was very informative very detail oriented and new the product (windows). The process was simple and easy. The product is easy to use and I ended up saving energy and it will be reflective on my bill. Replaced all the windows in the house and we are more than satisfied. The personality of the company carries through the process from selling to follow-up. The customer service is phenomenal.

Power is an absolutely amazing company! My husband & I needed a new roof & new gutters. They have been very thorough with every step of the installation process. Everything they say will happen, will happen & they do it efficiently and professionally. I feel like we are getting our money's worth with this company.

Everything from the beginning to end was a pleasant experience. Phillip came out to my house for the free estimate followed by the pre-install inspection. Robert showed up about 3 weeks later to install all 6 windows by himself. Not only did he show up on time, but was 10 mins early and diligently worked on a cold day. He did an amazing job and cleaned up even better than when he found it. I'm very pleased with the whole experience that I'm having Power Home Remodeling Group come back to install my sliding door and new garage door.

The accuracy of the information provided and of what actually happened made this a fantastic experience. All the follow up was very settling knowing that the job was going smoothly!

We had 13 windows installed by PHRG a few weeks ago. The installers arrived right on time. They were very professional, pleasant, and neat. They worked nonstop and cleaned up the place nicely, leaving no soil or scraps behind. Installation took one day as promised. Someone representing the company visited during the installation to find out if we had any concerns or questions. There were no concerns.

That evening someone from quality control came to the house to inspect the installation. We pointed out one spot on a screen that we were concerned about. He tried to make a correction, but decided it would be better addressed by sending out a technician. He checked every window thoroughly. A technician came to the house a few days later and corrected the minor problem. He came right on time, double checked all the screens, and did a fine job.

We are pleased with PHRG's service and professionalism.

Love the windows! Our 30-year old Andersons had outlived their usefulness and then some! The crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were efficient and courteous and made every effort to stay out of our way, even though we were probably in THEIR way more than the other way around.

The supervisor who came after the crew got started stayed with us till the job was completed and made sure we were satisfied, which we are. We can't say enough about him or his guys.

I must give a shout-out to our sales rep, Eric. He was a just great -- very personable, professional, and up-front. He answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time here going over EVERYTHING there was to know about the product, the process and what to expect when the crew came.

Was a great experience start to end. The sales guy was friendly and non pushy. Very knowledgeable in what he was selling.

I got two windows to try the build team out. These guys were great in and out no mus no fus. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to handle the few problems that came up. They even vacuumed my floors when they were done :D

Going with this company for my next home improvement job!!!

The salesman that originally showed us the presentation was approximately 30 minutes late arriving. After we committed to the offer we did cancel within 24 hours due to a local offer we received for almost $2,000 less for the same product. The project manager was also about 25 minutes late arriving for signatures to confirm canceling. When the gentleman arrived they were able to compete with the local offer we received. We decided we would move forward with the project through Power. Long in short their customer service isn't where it should be, however, their installers were professional, courteous and neat. Overall we are happy with the project but due to the customer service I'm not sure we would use them again for a future project.

My experience was that the people were very professional and knew their product well. They also understood the history and workings of the company.

They are great, I am very impressed by the time courtesy and how quickly and effectively they got the work done.

Had windows installed by Power, they provided efficient, steady working crew that did a great job and cleaned up as they went. We would definitely recommend.

We have used Power now for two separate project, A roof and our Windows. We took a chance initially by signing up for an estimate from their door to door marketer. We really feel that through both experiences, there are a few constants that were present for both jobs. Neither sales rep left before explaining every in and out and leaving us with an excellent understanding of the product quality as well as install quality. Everyone has always been on time and courteous as well as knowledgeable. They are always calling to confirm appointments and have a very sophisticated level of customer service and communication. The end result of the projects were exactly what we were expecting. I would and have recommended them to friends. They are not the cheapest ones out there, but the cheapest is rarely the best and we wanted the jobs done right.

They were very thorough in explaining everything they did and the work was done quickly and looks great.

Given the price premium, the driveway damage, and some of the confusions (though small), it would have been better if I have gone with other contractors. It is not that it was disastrous, but it didn't live up to its sales pitches and the cost amount.

First thing to recognize, the sales people are completely gone after you signed the contracts - they wouldn't return phone calls and/or emails - even though they indicated that they would be accessible for help during the sales pitch.

Second, when providing their project/timeline estimates, you have to ensure to ask the associated details as their information - while correct - can be misleading. One example was that the roof installation arrived late. When I asked would things still be completed be done by Friday, they answered yes - but it turned out that they meant that the roof would completed by Friday - but now the gutter installation would slipped. When they indicated that they would be in Tuesday, they don't mean next Tuesday but Tuesday two weeks later - a confusion that caused me to wait at home. (And they didn't consider an issue from their end...)

Third - they will make some effort when they damaged things. In my case, they damaged the driveway - and they were not able to completely repair. They considered it a "courtesy" for them to offer compensation. When I indicated that the compensation was not adequate, they continue indicated that this was courtesy only.

As I indicated before, overall, it was not the worst I have seen. However, I expect for the price I pay, I wouldn't need to go through those hassles. And if I were to go through those hassles, I can find a much cheaper contractor.

This is something that i have never experienced before. These guys went abovd and beyond to make sure i was happy!

We have had power handle many upgrades to our home throughout the last few years, The lifetime warranty is a big selling point , we have waited three months for a repair to be made on our gutter guard system, the gentleman arrived and was extremely professional but only had a two hour window which the company was advised our complete system was failing and needed to be repaired, we now have to wait another two months for a repair. The system not working properly is causing a flooding mess around our property and destroying all the landscaping !

Highly recommended. Power spent 3 times working with - the first 2 hours walking through the options and finalizing on the work. The second was to review the job and further explain what was going to happen. Finally, the install of the windows -- the install went super quick and was done superbly. There was one issue with the number of pains, but this was quickly resolved. Overall, very professional with great client service and skilled workers.

Was approached at a home show to get a free estimate. Was told it would be a quick measure and estimate. 2 hours in of pitching and finding out stuff about us to most likely sell to their partners, he still hadn't even looked at our siding or measured. I wanted to specifically talk about a repair and they wanted to pitch a full siding job saying the repair wasn't possible (without even looking to understand what we were dealing with). It was getting dark out and we had kids to get in bed and he was still trying to get us to pick out designs and in no rush to measure or look at our existing siding. I'm sure I'd feel great about an estimate built off of measurements taken at night. Our energy costs are pretty low but still wanted to push selling more of their product down our throats. Had to kick the guy out bc he was taking too long schmoozing and not taking time to look at the scope of work. Something doesn't sit right about them. Would not recommend wasting your time unless you have time to waste to get to an overpriced estimate. We were at 2 hours with no signs of completion in sight.very inconsiderate of people's time.

Unsatisfactory solicitation experience from these guys. A guy with a Power Remodeling jacket came to my door, offering a free roofing estimate. He said that Power was working nearby, and after I told him a new roof was not in the budget at the moment, implied that I could pocket the estimate until needed. I then verified the address and gave him my name and phone number. He wrote all of this down. I told him I needed to get back to work and expressed irritation at continued questions.

Then he called into his office, and handed me his phone, and a gal at the office proceeded to ask me all the same questions over again! (Why couldn't the guy at the door simply relay this information after finishing with me?) I expressed increasing irritation. When she then tried to get my email address and my consent to receive robo-contacts by phone and email, I hung up, gave him back his phone, and closed the door on him.

Look folks, if you want to offer a free estimate, don't make the customer work for it. Twice. And don't data mine me.

-- Postscript: Jeez, seeing Timothy Nicoletti's review two reviews down, I'm glad I didn't waste any more time with them. This all seems less a free-estimate strategy and more an excuse-for-a-hard-sell strategy. Feels like false pretenses. Pretty icky experience.

Second project we ve done using these guys. Awesome company, terrific work crews, competent and considerate sales staff and the products speak for themselves the materials are quality and the workmanship is spot-on, haven t had a single issue with any of the products we purchased. Highly recommended.

I just had Power Remolding add Bay Windows to my home; my appointment was between 8 & 10 and they arrived exactly at 8:00. The four men team was professional, courteous and they went right to work. They installed the windows and made the roofs for the windows on sight. Once they finished the installation and cleanup I was shown the different features of my windows and they explain the lifetime warranty to me. They even had someone come out to inspect the job and to find out my overall satisfaction. Based on my experience with them I would highly recommend them.

Great product and great install team, we had windows installed about a month ago and love them. Decided to have a door install and both products and install teams were great. Couldn't ask for a better group.

Very professional and efficient my wife and I were highly satisfied with the new look and the time it took to do it.

My wife was approached by Power (roofing) sales at BJ's Wholesale Club. We live in an old house with very old windows and roof. We always seek 3 estimates for any job, but it never happened in our case, even though we attempted twice: Power had two folks show up one evening who went into our attic and discovered the leak we already knew was there but hadn't told them. They left us with an estimate 2+ hours later with of course a "discounted quote" if we signed up with them, pledging we wouldn't seek estimates from competitors. (We did that, knowing we could cancel the agreement in 3 business days). Well, we did cancel when I really wanted two other quotes from Power's competitors. But before the others (with smaller staffs) could show up to give an estimate, Power was back out to receive our signed cancellation--and talked us into their "lowest estimate possible" for the roofing job (with one free window-replacement thrown in). Long story short, with winter fast approaching we did go with Power and were satisfied with the work...but, down deep, we know that we could've had lower estimates. [On the other hand, we can pay it off over several years with the financing they have in cooperation with a national bank. Because the one new window was installed 5+ weeks later, our first payment is requested a good two months after the roofing job (with no down-payment). Guess we'll never know if the other companies would've offered similar financing...] We will talk up Power Home Remodeling with our neighbors who have similar-age houses, saying further good things about Power if they follow up with good customer-service now that the window replacement is done. If good customer-service is absent, then I wouldn't recommend an overall satisfaction rating...

I absolutely loved my experience with Power Home Remodeling. My sales consultant Ian was especially awesome because he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond his job as a salesman, enabling me to buy into the product and the company. He, as well as the other consultants and workers, were always very friendly, polite, and overall very professional. You can tell the employers loved working with Power Home because they were excited when talking about their job and experiences with the company, and were eager to do a great job. A fantastic job is what they performed indeed, and made sure that I was happy with the work and experience. My windows look great! Had a great experience with the whole project. We had 10 windows to replace in our house. We had gotten 7 inches of snow during the night and I was unsure if the workers were going to still get my windows in that day. As I was calling the company to confirm, the project manager Eric called me. He said that the workers were on their way and soon after that they were here and on time. Ron, Schyler and Jason introduced themselves and were very professional. They kept the work area clean and got all 10 windows put in after about 6 1/2 hours. I was shown how the windows work and all about the warranty. Alex Chase was our sale rep and he was also very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions. Before this experience I had never heard of Power Home Remodeling Group, but after this experience I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Sales team friendly but high pressure visit. Took too much time at house then said they could email estimate - no problem. But turns out they will NOT email the estimate so I Wasted My Time with these Guys!

We contracted for a roof, soffets, fascia, and gutters. The roof was replaced and handled marvelously. The workers were polite, efficient, and neat - cleaned up thoroughly. The rest of the job was a joke. They replaced the soffet over the old one, lowering the opening which caused our screen door to scrape upon opening. The facing and fascia is sloppy, ugly, and not secure. The gutters were placed and did not allow our screen door to open. The gutter crew was rude, foul-mouthed and sloppy - left trash all over. They sent a manager and crew out the next day, tried to "fix" the gutter problem unsuccessfully. We met with a manager 2 days later and here we are, 2 weeks later still waiting for the crew to replace the gutters. We had an appointment and they did not call or show up (weather related). They rescheduled for the next day - no call, no show again. At least they should have had the courtesy to call and say they had to reschedule. I will never recommend this company for work. Management talks the talk, but does not support their work.
