Professional work, professional people. I am all around happy with the work provided (all the downstairs windows replaced) and all experiences with the company. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, though I was offered a discount if I decided to buy the same day the sales person came for the free estimate.
