They (John, Head manager) LIE and promise that you will receive $780 after 2 weeks of training. Thus for meaning, you would receive your check on your 3rd week of employment with this company. Unfortunately you will not receive the $780 after training. I literally received a $312.98 check. This was very upsetting due to me having bills to pay such as rent. I am now behind on a few of my bills because I was expecting the $780. Since I started working with BluePrint Solution (Power Home and Remodeling) I have asked on numerous occasions if the pay was based fully off of commission. John (Head manager) beats around the bush when answering this question. He first stated that there was a $400 base pay, then later went on to say that you have the option of either going fully commission or having the $400 base pay plus commission. Then a few days later, I asked him about the pay and he stated that I shouldn t worry because we get paid based off of performance in the field, so I shouldnt worry as much. When I asked him to clarify he then stated that we get $260 from every estimate/demo that we get and that the goal is to get at least 3-4 demos a day. I then asked about the base pay and he stated that there wasn t one. He stated that employees get paid based off their performance in the field. Thus for meaning if you do not get an estimate/demo for that week you will not get paid. He then went ahead to try and assure me that, that never happens because they have a PITCH that they follow when they go door to door trying to get people to sign up for a free estimate on windows, roofing, or siding. When I finally received my check after training and saw that I only had a $312.98 check I asked John (Head manager) about the rest of my missing funds. He then became irate with me, swearing and cursing, telling me that he explained the pay to me before. Instinctively, I became agitated and frustrated that my HEAD MANAGER is cursing me out over what seemed to be a pretty simple question. I am currently in the midst of filing a report against this company and the HEAD MANAGER (JOHN) out of TOWSON MARYLAND. I started my employment with this company on the 13th of August, 2019. I Didn t get paid til the the 30th of August, 2019. First paycheck (Training pay) did not reflect the amount ($780) that was discussed/promised during interview process.
