Our adventure started with a much needed new roof on the house and shed and not six months later we now have a new sliding door, garage door, and window and are finishing with new siding. Power Home has been such a pleasure to work with and have made us feel like one of the family. They are so knowledgeable and have kept us well informed and very comfortable from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installers showed up on time and completed all window installations (9 regular replacement windows and 1 garden window) in one day. The work was very professional and complete; and the house feels warmer already!! The cleanup was thorough; plus the installer demonstrated how to open/close and clean the windows.

this is our second project we have had power do on our house. the first was a roof finished last year, and now we had their attic insulation system installed. we already have noticed a difference in the temperature and we are looking forward to the energy savings.

Power Home Remodeling completed insulation of our attic today. Two technicians arrived at 10:30 am and completed around 3:30. My wife and I are extremely pleases with the result. My wife is sensitive to temperature change and felt more warmth in the house after the job was done.

Just got my glass block basement windows today from POWER, I love, them so much!!! My handyman agreed it was great quality work and it was done in less than 2.5 hours. Salesman was also great, very patient and very knowledgeable. I would purchase from POWER again! Unfortunately, the house wood window aluminum coverings did not work out as they couldn't figure out how to trim down the screens to fit afterwards. We had to cancel that part of the project because we told both sales and the measurement foreman to figure that out from the start.

I was very pleased with the window installation. The installers were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning up when the project was done.

I chose Power Home Remodeling over 10 years ago for window replacement on my 1898 home. All competitors wanted to destroy the original exterior woodwork to install and then cap with huge pieces of boring aluminum. Power Home Remodeling did the job with my wishes in mind. They carefully removed original interior trim and installed from the inside. With minor capping on the exterior my windows remain true to the age of the home. The installer was outstanding, personable and professional. Over 10 years later my windows function perfectly and provide excellent sound and thermal insulation.
Last month I noticed a cracked pane. I called Power Home Remodeling to see how I could find a replacement sash. No run around at all! They asked a few questions and scheduled me for a warranty replacement. Today Greg showed up, on the minute I scheduled! He was just as personable and professional as my installer 10 years ago. The custom dimension sash fit like original. Done in minutes.
I can t imagIne any better service, responsiveness, quality and professionalism than I have experienced with Power Home Remodeling.

Never get an estimate from them. Our appointment was at 7:30pm and the sales guy stayed at our house until 11:45pm. So rude! Especially on a week night when we both had work. Also they try to lock you in at the estimate and it is a very long, drawn out, high pressure sales pitch. I will never do business with them. Also their estimate was rediculously high.

Work in early stages. So far, the quality is very good.

Working with Power has been a positively unique experience. Having previously had a quote from Anderson Renewal, I was expecting no other company to hold a candle to their quality level as it related to the price. Then I found Power. They worked with me from a budgetary standpoint and I truly appreciated the proposition of value that they put forth. No one was ever pushy, but they did take the time to explain everything. Everyone I came into contact with was super professional, upfront and honest. The installer was obviously a craftsman who cared about the quality of the work, kept the house clean and organized the whole time and double checked everything via a walk around afterward MUCH less expensive than Renewal, had a lifetime warranty that transfers to the next homeowner instead of the 10 year renewal warranty and have great track record.

We were very happy with the service and the friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. They certainly helped us out! We will definitely be using them for more projects and highly recommend them and their amazing products!

Everyone I dealt with at Power - Sales, Project Manager, Roof and Gutter Crews, and Quality Inspector were all very professional and responsive. We experienced strong winds the night after roof was installed and the Project Manager and Crew fixed it the next day.

We had sliding door / windows installed. They did such an excellent job that we had the gutters and downspouts done too. Such an outstanding crew on both jobs done.

PLEASE do not use this company. My first encounter was on May 19, 2018 and today is October 13, 2018 only to receive another phone call this morning at 8:00 a.m. when promised they would be here today to not only meet our expectations but to exceed them as noted in their marketing materials. Today's excuse was the installer is under the weather. Last week was we had the wrong date. We've been going though this disaster since July so no we did have the wrong date. We need Saturday's and they know this but was asked this morning can't we do this during the week? This company has done nothing but multiple errors (they cannot measure that's the problem and they install damaged windows). I was in tears and was promised so far two gift certificates for a nice dinner to make up for all their errors. No, I've never received the promised gift certificates and I really don't care but it's another promise that was not fulfilled. Every person I speak to at Power I mention the certificates only to be told oh yes I do see this document in your file. I will make a note you never received them. PLEASE do not use this company for your American Dream also noted in their marketing materials. Power please don't respond with we are sorry and please call the number to voice your concerns. Just ask any project manager, installer or consultant that has been to our home and they can tell you want they tell us and that's we cannot believe you are going through this mess. Well we are and very upset and unsatisfied.

I am always cautious when spending my hard earned money. my apprehension is slowly going away as we move through the project,.our salesman was thorough and good at his job. but it was the installers that really made me certain of a good decision.

I just had 3 basement windows replaced in my home on February 12, 2013. This project follows an earlier project with 23 windows being replaced last month. Again, the quality of the product is Excellent and the difference was noticeable immediately. Not only is the home warmer but the reduction in the noise is significant. Again, the professionalism and efficiency of the installation team was outstanding. The clean-up was so complete you would never know they were here.
I recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their windows. Their product and installation team are the best. I do not think you would be disappointed.

My whole experience was very good. Everybody showed up one time when they were supposed to.

We had windows and doors replaced throughout our entire house. All of the employees we interacted with from sales to installation to quality assurance have been very professional and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Our installation is not yet complete, but so far, we are very pleased with the product and the service.

Sales guy while friendly and informative took nearly 3 hours of our time. We decided to move forward with work with the company and said we won't need financing .I made sure to ask twice that since we weren't financing there wouldn't be a hard inquiry on our credit. We were assured there wouldn't be. The next day we decided to cancel the order ( which was easy. That's why there are two stars ) because I wasn't confident that we weren't being overcharged. It seemed exceedingly high for what we wanted. All said and done the order was cancelled and we only wasted 3 hours listening to the sales pitch . However there is a hard mark against my credit now even after being assured that it wouldn't. Beware, the sales people are just that and will say what they have to in order to make the sale.

Just had my roof replaced today by Power Home Remodeling Group. It roof looks GREAT. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and just as expected. This is the second job we have had done by PHRG and we would highly recommend them. We will no doubt use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling Group. Tim Hobbes was extremely courteous while in our home. The sales pitch went a little long, but in the end I think he gave us a reasonable number of options for the work we were thinking about doing. The installation of our attic insulation was also a smooth experience, as the installers were on time, courteous, and efficient. The effect on our comfort was felt immediately that night, and I believe it will result in significant energy savings as well. Overall, I would recommend Power HRG to others, but be prepared for a long sales pitch.

Power knocked on my door and I agreed to have them out to look at some windows. The salesman Sean was extremely thorough. Their prices were pretty good and fit into my budget. The window is extremely high quality and Sean wasn't too pushy. There was a little extra work that they had to do and ended up not charging me extra for it, which I appreciate. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

We were very pleased with our roofing experience with Power HRG. The remodeling consultant Tyson was very knowledgeable about all of the products. The consultation was a bit lengthy, but very thorough! We didn't know our old roof was in such poor condition. He went out on the roof and showed us where there was a soft spot and went in the attic to make sure there were no leaks or water damage and took pictures. We just purchased our home a few months ago. It's reassuring to know that we shouldn't have to worry about the roof for 50 years!

Everything is a hassle with this company. I got charged more than quoted, although no new material ever showed up to my house. No one on the crew spoke English and the manager was only there for a signature. Due to their work, or lack there of, we've had a cricket and ant infestation, we never had these problems with the old siding. They never replaced any rotten wood. Now my windows are leaking die to the half assed work that causes water to funnel into poorly installed areas and has caused drywall damage. This company is not worth the money I invested.

This is the first time my parents have used Power. They installed a huge roof in just two days and cleaned up great. The salesman JC was professional and explained to us thoroughly what products and material they d use on our roof. They are now installing gutters and trim work to complete the project.

I just installed new windows and are very impressed with this product, I can't see purchasing another brand of window. The staff are all very friendly, professional and spent a lot of time at the initial visit as well as followed up on the quality of work after the job. We will continue to use them in the future!

Just had the downstairs windows installed in my home. What a difference they have made already. It's only been a couple of hours and i already feel a substantial difference in the temperature of the house. The remodeling consultant was very good at his job and did a great presentation which made us feel very comfortable. We have heard of Power before and their reputation, which also helped. The installer did a fantastic job......so much so, that we decided to finish the upstairs windows. I can't wait to have the whole home upgraded, energy efficient and looking beautiful.

I was more than satisfied with the great job PHR did on my house. As a new home owner I only want the very best for my home improvement projects and PHR goes above and beyond. All the reps were personable and professional and thoroughly explain their products and the work for the project. I had old gutters that leaked and clogged, and drafty windows. They replaced my gutters and spouts (in awful weather) in a neat a timely manner. Also the window I replaced looks great and was also completed in a timely manner. The crew was polite and professional. I did need more windows to be replaced but financially the timing was not right. Justin, who was the quality assurance manager, showed me some options and offers and I found one that was right for me. My bottom line is that I love my new home and I only want to do these projects once. My home is also an investment and knowing that my warranty transfers over is a plus. The color of my new gutters and trim added more curb appeal to my house. It desperately needed updating. Thanks Power Home Improvement!

The company is very unprofessional. They cancelled our install on 3 different occasions at the last minute with bogus excuses! We wanted to have the windows installed for noise reduction and were led to believe Power windows will help with noise reduction significantly compare to our old windows, however, we did not notice one bit of a difference after the installation. During the sales pitch, we were led to believe that there is no down payment and the sales person failed to mention that it does not apply if you are paying cash (then you have to make a down payment).
We did not have a good experience with this company and would not recommend to other customers!

I met Power initially when they knocked on my door. I set up an appointment. I was a bit skeptical of them initially, but my sales consultant Dan Compass came and explained everything well. The presentation was informative. The installers were efficient and clean. Communication could have been a little better regarding my sills and blinds, but not the end of the world. Overall, I'm happy with them and the lifetime warranty helps also.

We had 8 windows replaced. We hardly knew that the installers were here. They covered the floor before entering. It snowed the day of the install, and I thought surely they would have issues. They completed the install of the windows, caulking, and capping in a timely manner. They were courteous, clean and professional. I don't think I could ask for more. The windows look and operate great. From the sale, to the measurement, to the install, everything was top rate.

We had 12 gorgeous window installed today & the 2 guys were CLEAN . Fast & Very Friendly. WE shopped around but we went with Power Home Remodeling Because of the way they presented it & every thing the sales rep stated & promised was 100% accurate. Blown away at how efficient there installers are. Its now time to replace the roof & I have not doubt that PHRG will be back for another day full of professional craftsman perfecting there skills. Window guys do windows . Siding guys do siding & the roof guys will do the roof. There concept is awesome & virtually mistake free.

Staying true and consistant with the Core Values you promote isn t an option. You are either what you say you are or you aren t. Don t misguide your customers to get the business. Customer s loyalty is earned and they will return when you do right by them and their families. I can say I won t be one to return.

My husband and I requested an estimate for windows & a garage door. The first salesman was very good (although his presentation was a little bit too long). The initial quote was higher than we were prepared for and we decided to wait. I received a call shortly after that they would like to come out and offer us some new pricing. The second salesman was very good as well - and he did a good job of talking us through our priorities and came to a price we were comfortable with (garage door and 3 windows).
Everything from that point on was very good. The project managers were on time, and installation was promptly scheduled. Both the window & door guys were on time, polite, and did an excellent job with installation & cleanup. I even received a call at exactly 10am to make sure both guys were there and that everything was going okay. We are thrilled with the windows and door - we have already noticed a difference in our rooms.
They are definitely strong salesmen, and the pitches tend to happen at every opportunity. But it worked for us - and we are incredibly happy with the product.

Just wanted to say after having new windows and roof done in November, $21000.00 later with lifetime warranty all great until you need the customer service warranty to come and fix issues. First it s a super long hold on the phone and forever for them to come out and when they come , the fix was not corrected. I so regret using this company. Never will recommend them.
