The salesman that originally showed us the presentation was approximately 30 minutes late arriving. After we committed to the offer we did cancel within 24 hours due to a local offer we received for almost $2,000 less for the same product. The project manager was also about 25 minutes late arriving for signatures to confirm canceling. When the gentleman arrived they were able to compete with the local offer we received. We decided we would move forward with the project through Power. Long in short their customer service isn't where it should be, however, their installers were professional, courteous and neat. Overall we are happy with the project but due to the customer service I'm not sure we would use them again for a future project.
