This was a great experience from start to finish. The Salesmen were pleasant and not aggressive during their sales presentation. They had great descriptions and examples. There was no hard sell. The Project Manager was very knowledgeable and communicated the entire process so that we understood what to expect. The window installers were very prompt and courteous. They were quite cautious to not damage our shrubbery and property. They were extremely careful to make sure they did not damage the carpet or inside of the house. They provided instructions on the cleaning, care and operation of the windows. They were professional in their work ethics and customer care. They made sure we had a complete, insulated and complimentary product. They installed 20 windows in 1-1/2 days. And we were impressed by the thorough cleanup and removal of all waste. Overall this has been a very positive experience.
