Super impressed by PostcardMania. As a small business owner it is difficult to navigate marketing in today's direct / electronic marketing. Being a pretty hands on guy I looked at a Pitney Bowes machine to do my own stamping, then looked at post cards, labels, and even dabbled with Facebook marketing. I was having some serious issues with communication and comprehension when I took over an order that a colleague had placed and I was prepared to completely give up until Ersa Shaikh stepped in to be my Customer Service Representative. At that point, all obstacles disappeared and everything went smoothly and quickly; I give her the full credit for making things happen for us. She is a valuable asset to PostcardMania I strongly encourage their customers to request her for her superior customer service skills. This review would have been completely different, had she not taken over my account and I hope her employers are appreciative of how hard she works and how good she makes them look.
I am totally happy with my experience with Postcard Mania. Working with all the very professional staff was easy. The product was created and delivered quickly. The price was very good for what I got. I plan to work with them again before my campaign for the North Carolina Senate ends.
Terrible communication. Spent over an hour waiting for their call. (Promised wait time was around 2-3 mins) Reached back out 3 different times expecting a call and still nothing, just "sorry, ill make sure you are next to speak with your rep". Surprise surprise, No call. Eventually I just gave up. There are so many better sites out there. Don't waste your time with this one. Poor poor management.
I have used PostCard Mania before in the early 2000's... I recently decided to use them again on a new campaign in our Water Treatment Company. Along with the Post Card Program we bought some Television Ads and also have been hanging Door Hangers. The Results are 3 Sales within 4 days of the mailing of the post cards, 1 sale from the Door Hangers and 0 responses from the TV Digital campaign.
The biggest positive I have for PostCard Mania was brought to my by Allison Dynes. We had created a design and had already approved it's use, and after she reviewed it she made some awesome suggestions and she insured that the piece was perfect! I'm sure Postcard Mania is a busy company but this kind of care and concern are not normal in most companies. She totally made the difference by going way above expectations!

We have been doing business with Postcardmania for over 5 years at the time of this writing. I knew a lot about post card marketing and cost per contact before engaging with Postcardmania. I also knew that I needed to achieve a certain outcome with our budget. In our collaboration together, this company and it's staff have helped us to achieve our goals.
As a small business owner, I have learned that in order for marketing to work (even though expensive), prospective customers need to be reached several times (I believe it's more than 7) in order for them to engage. Additionally, I was taught that 50% of your marketing is always working...you just don't always know which 50%!
The reps at Postcardmania, including Megan Johnson and Gabriella Powell listen to my needs. They work hand in hand to ensure we are reaching the right people with a frequency that is proven to be effective. Postcards are a big job to handle before they reach mailboxes... there are lists, designs, the printing, etc. It's tough to have one person being an expert at all aspects. Regardless, I find them to be responsive and accountable. Megan even calls from time to time just to check in- and I appreciate that.
There was a point a few years ago that I had decided postcards were too expensive and had a hard time measuring the ROI because we don't use offers that are specific to the post cards to encourage people to tell us they've seen the cards.
We kept our other marketing efforts consistent to measure the difference. After about 1 month, our constant flow of calls had slowed down a trickle. Lesson learned.
Postcard mania did a very good job with my postcards. But what stood out to me was the way that they accommodated me when problems arose. I am in Canada and the international mailing rates unexpectedly increased to a point the campaign really wasn't viable for me. Where most companies would have said "tough luck", Postcard mania went out of their way to try and help find a Canadian mail-house to help and also provided other thoughtful options. Please be advise, I never received any ideas from them or their willingness to work with me. Their behavior defines me as if I was looking for handout, as if I never paid for the service.

Two years ago I spent over $4,000 Dollars on a post card campaign and I did not get ONE single call from it. I accepted full responsibility and I did not blame Postcard Mania. At that time my rep was Bobby W>>> (great guy). Now I am assigned to Jason W-----(new rep). He is unprofessional. It takes him days and sometimes over a week to response to a simple list quote. Bobby would address this request within hours!

We did not get the service promised. Everything was extremely late and communication is a real joke. They then mailed us all the Postcards directly and never did a mailer. I am filing a complaint with the US Postal Service and the Florida Attorney General Florida BBB today. I am also messaging any bad reviews and suggest they do the same. Complete waste of money ($2400) for something that cost them less than $400, they were late on and never mailed 1 postcard to 1 customer. WATCH OUT!!
Terrible. Waste of $2300. 3 calls after 4K mailers. Terrible service. And constantly trying to sell you more stuff daily. Don't waste your time or money.
Throughout the entire process, start to finish, it continually was clear that they knew how to knock things out of the park! Everybody was readily accessible for every need and the design process was thorough, thoughtful, and looked great visually.
It's one thing for a company to give a good impression up until they have your business. It's a whole other level when they keep putting in maximum effort for you from start to finish.
Terrible results. They promise you professional ad design and results. Then when you get ZERO results from the mailer designed by their auto template, they blame you for not continuing on. I spent over $750 for promises and ZERO responses. Now they blame me for not continuing because, "studies have shown you need to keep mailing for results". Basically this company sells you and blames you if you don't continue throwing good money after bad. They do not really care if you get results. They close you on their product which is a simple auto-template direct mailing program that auto-generates simple postcards from what you type into it. You are much better off going to a professional marketing/mailing company and getting a professional product done.
We had a quick turnaround and Kelly was very helpful in making sure we hit our deadlines. The mailers look great and the pricepoint was very reasonable.
Our sweet dog, Wiley, went missing May 2, 2017. We thought postcards would be a great way to get the word out about our little guy. They were ordered early May, maybe a week after he went missing. The postcards have still not arrived. Should have been here about 2 weeks ago. No follow up, I had to call and ask to speak the rep every time. Long explanation about a system issue. Not once has this rep called to check on us. To us, this is a life and death situation. Don't use them if you have a lost pet, it will only add to your heartbreak. They have our money, but we have no postcards. There is no excuse for this extreme lack of professionalism.

PostcardMania has been producing the postcards for advertising The Southern Entrepreneurship in the Arts Conference for the past 4 years. Once we have come up with our initial design, the design teams help us get the best use of the small space of a card to disseminate the vital information about our conference. Our conference was just this past weekend and we were at capacity! Postcardmania's hard work and dedication to excellence helped us get our message to our audience.
PostcardMania as a whole is a great setup offering everything you could need to do an EDDM or exact mailing. They will design, stamp and mail your flyers with your review and permission every step of the way to ensure your flyer is exact before it is distributed. Our account manager Ashley and marketing consultant Amanda were absolutely fantastic. The only thing keeping us from giving a 5 star review is the design services offered. We had sent all the information we could for them to build an initial design for our commercial marketing flyer and the first draft was completely opposite of the information we had given. For our other mailer that we were sending to unveil a new service, there was a random testimonial added which was never given in the first place. On top of that, we have to make a lot of revisions once the flyer is sent back to us for review that the changes we make should be caught by the designer making the postcards. The way our other flyer designs have worked in the past with our preferred designer is that they send us their version of a final copy based off of the information provided and we maybe make 1 revision off of their initial design. That is definitely an area that they need to develop a little further. Otherwise, as stated before, they are great people to work with overall.

I give Postcardmania four stars because their work seems good, real good, but more expensive than others. Yet, you know you get what you pay for so it may be worth it.
Due to the experience I had there with Emily Roberts I will not use them again, at least not while she is working there. Thanks to their president, Melissa Bradshaw, I got all my money back, and were talking about hundreds.
My advice to you is, as long as Emily Roberts is employed there DO NOT deal with Postcardmania. If you choose not to take my advice good luck, and at least DO NOT deal with Emily Roberts, she is not who she pretends to be.
