My name is Wills Clervil, I am the owner of a small cleaning company called Defiant Commercial & Residential Cleaning, LLC. I would like to express my dissatisfaction about the treatment I have received from your employees who were responsible to handle my marketing campaign. I chose your company to handle my marketing campaign solely because of your Marketing Consultant Sabrina relentless effort to pursue after my business. Such relentless effort painted a picture of the possibility my campaign would be in good hands. It turns out, such assumption has clouded my judgement after I chose to ignore all the negative experience consumers have had with your staff which out-waited all the excellent services and products your company offered. Once I finally decided to allow your consultant to handle my campaign, she did not do a good job at all, never did I receive a follow-up phone call or an email to communicate about what was happening with my account. The customer services I received from Leo, Kelly, and Sabrina causes me to be frustrated and regretted I had chose your company. Please be advise, I never received any ideas from them or their willingness to work with me. Their behavior defines me as if I was looking for handout, as if I never paid for the service.
