I was having some serious issues with communication and comprehension when I took over an order that a colleague had placed and I was prepared to completely give up until Ersa Shaikh stepped in to be my Customer Service Representative. At that point, all obstacles disappeared and everything went smoothly and quickly; I give her the full credit for making things happen for us. She is a valuable asset to PostcardMania I strongly encourage their customers to request her for her superior customer service skills. This review would have been completely different, had she not taken over my account and I hope her employers are appreciative of how hard she works and how good she makes them look.
