We have been doing business with Postcardmania for...

We have been doing business with Postcardmania for over 5 years at the time of this writing. I knew a lot about post card marketing and cost per contact before engaging with Postcardmania. I also knew that I needed to achieve a certain outcome with our budget. In our collaboration together, this company and it's staff have helped us to achieve our goals.

As a small business owner, I have learned that in order for marketing to work (even though expensive), prospective customers need to be reached several times (I believe it's more than 7) in order for them to engage. Additionally, I was taught that 50% of your marketing is always working...you just don't always know which 50%!

The reps at Postcardmania, including Megan Johnson and Gabriella Powell listen to my needs. They work hand in hand to ensure we are reaching the right people with a frequency that is proven to be effective. Postcards are a big job to handle before they reach mailboxes... there are lists, designs, the printing, etc. It's tough to have one person being an expert at all aspects. Regardless, I find them to be responsive and accountable. Megan even calls from time to time just to check in- and I appreciate that.

There was a point a few years ago that I had decided postcards were too expensive and had a hard time measuring the ROI because we don't use offers that are specific to the post cards to encourage people to tell us they've seen the cards.

We kept our other marketing efforts consistent to measure the difference. After about 1 month, our constant flow of calls had slowed down a trickle. Lesson learned.
