An absolute joy to work with. They handle everything from A-Z for you, tell them your vision and they take it from there. We have always had good results with the products we purchased from them, will definitely continue to do business with them.
Please be careful with this company. Once you cancel services make sure you can everything and have it in writing. As a dentist I don't have the luxury to look at my statements every month and they have been charging my credit card for the last 6 months. Only reason I found out because they sent a past due statement since they weren't able to charge my credit card on file since I have gotten a new with a chip. Long story short, I have been in contact with them for 2 months and have trouble getting back to me until I insisted to speak to someone because I have been leaving messages to their Quality Assurance guy Mark Glassetter. Now, I have demanded to show me proof that I have agreed to this charges and signed contract. He wasn't able to provide. This is plainly a FRAUDULENT activity and wish I never have done business with this people. I will take this to my attorney to file a complain. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE please to save you time and your hard earned money folks!!!
I have 2 campaigns running currently and it's been really smooth, The design folks are amazing. They take my raw vision and bring it to life in a tangible postcard.. I like it.

UPDATE: Postcard mania completely made everything right by us! Reprinted, remailed and paid for postage to redo the entire campaign. We have zero complaints now and are grateful that they did the right thing by us!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had a horrific experience. Postcards were mailed out using a tracking number that didn't go to the school. Some little old lady received all 17 of the phone calls that we supposedly received. After the contract was ended I had to call multiple times to cancel the "everywhere small business" package because we kept getting billed despite canceling multiple times.
Deb and Cassandra made this mailing as easy as possible. I have done numerous mailings with PostcardMania and this by far was the most impressive. I had a deadline of 1 week and they made sure that my mailing dropped on its expected date. I want to thank them for making sure the process was speedy and efficiently completed.

Although originally satisfied with the mailers we have done with this company it has been very disappointing when you have a problem the lack of responsiveness and responsibility they take. When half of our postcards were returned to us as undeliverable (which has never happened before and using the same addresses as we have always used) I was told I needed to call the post office and find out why. I thought we hired you to handle our postcard mailers! We will not be using this company any longer for our mailing needs. Sad they can't follow through to help out their clients.
I tried calling our account manager Sheri Evans back today. Daphne put me on hold for 5 minutes before telling me that Sheri was at lunch. Sheri did call me back promptly after lunch, and advised me to enter her extension number next time. I told her that their phone system doesn't allow for a caller to enter an extension. She then argued with me that I was wrong. In short, calling PostcardMania/Rocket Mail on the phone is cumbersome to reach our account manager.

PostcardMania is everything you could wish for in a consulting, design and mailing company. They have a hand-holding process second to none. Recently, we had a basic template of a brochure that needed more than a few tweaks before we mailied to prospective businesses. When we received the proof back the next week it was amazing what they did with it. It went from plain to fantastic! PostcardMania graphic artists did things with the design we would have never thought about and the results were loved by everyone in our office. And, the price was great too. They are as close to perfection as I've ever seen. You'll love them!

I submitted a request online for a quote. Was then called by receptionist and placed on hold to get transferred to a account specialist which when he answered the phone had no idea what kind information I wanted.
A day after leaving this review postcard mania has reach out and apologize for the support consultant not having any information. They have been really nice answering all my question and going over all the details.

I researched and spoke to a few companies before calling Postcardmania. Carly was no pressure, patient and knowledgeable about My industry and the solutions they offered. I didn't have to say"I'll get back to you" ,I gave an order on the initial call.
Andrea the designer under promised and over delivered impressive work, that was primarily based on past successful campaigns.
Upon seeing the quality of the work, I immediately commission a second much larger campaign. The main reason I placed the second much larger order was the support, follow Up and professionalism, I received on my initial small order.
The likelihood of Me giving repeat business and recommending (putting myself out there) Postcardmania. Is a five star yes!

Absolute 10/10. I wasn't sure whether or not Post Card Mania was a good place to go for my mailing needs (I just googled for a business), but after spending some time with them, I realized that I wouldn't need to shop around anymore.
The prices are excellent, and the service is better. They formatted my entire address spreadsheet- something that would have taken me hours and hours to accomplish- just so I could more easily mail my order. I'll be using them for all of my Nonprofit's mailing needs, and strongly suggest others do the same.

This company is the worst. The sales pitch from these people is a borderline scam. They promise 1% response on the post cards sent and deliver next to nothing. 99% of the calls you receive are spam. When you complain that you are receiving no results they encourage you to just keep spending more money. We fell for that once! We spent thousands with this company and literally received no returns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Lee, Jennifer, and the rest of the PCM team did a phenomenal job on both of my recent landing pages. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result! The value PCM provides is unparalleled to any other marketing company I ve ever worked with. PCM charges a very affordable fee for creating custom landing pages, but it s the value you get for that price that sets them apart from their competition. Not only do you get top-notch, quality design and content, but you also get strategy consulting and UNLIMITED revisions until you re 100% happy. I ve worked with other companies who are not nearly as accommodating or friendly towards change requests. I feel like I was one of PCM s more difficult clients because I m highly detail oriented and requested an above average number of requests, yet Jennifer and Lee never once made me feel like I was asking for too much. That alone makes me never want to leave to another company. The low nominal fee they charge for the amount of time they spend with their clients to deliver such high quality landing pages makes me suspect they don t make a profit on the actual landing pages themselves. But PCM GETS IT! They know that if they take the time to deliver a high quality landing page at an affordable price, their clients post card campaigns will be successful which will result in repeat post card business. And that s exactly what happened with me. The first landing page PCM made for me several years ago continually generates leads for me each and every week. I can t thank you enough PCM!
Very bad service they made an error in sending the postcards to the wrong houses... They resend to house and i never received any call.. I feel they just lie and tell me they resend but don't so they don't had to spend thier own money... I had few friend mail 20 letters to the houses and he received 8 customer out of 20.. they sent out 1500 and no reply back... Don't trust this company they will lie and steal your money.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at PostcardMania who help us execute our direct mail campaigns. Susan and Deb have made purchasing the post cards and letters we mail out very easy and painless, which saves me a lot of time. Also, I'm not sure where our direct mail would be without Cassandra being there to help us coordinate everything - she helps us so much that I feel like she's more of a team member rather than a vendor.

This company has a revolving door of people who handle your account. All the functions are totally silhoed so you have to waste a ton of time talking to this individual about this aspect of your mailing and this other person about another aspect of your mailing. Hello - get account managers.
When you call, none of the reps are ever available so you are forced to leave voicemails and wait for them to call back.
You have to ask for things multiple times - or worse - they have to go to their "supervisor" - who you cannot speak with. This process of them going to their "supervisor" takes days and then you'll need to hound them for answers because you cannot get what you need without a 48 hour turn around.
I've asked for reps to at least check back with me within 24 hours to give me status on things - without success. (I won't name names because I feel this is a company culture problem vs an individual person problem).
Their voicemail system runs you in circles - I just got disconnected by their auto-answer system when I selected "0" for operator.
There has got to be a better way - this company will suck up so much time for postcard mailings that net back about 15 responses for 5000 cards - that I would say it is not worth it at all.
You can do a thousand times better just investing your money into a properly structured and run ppc campaign.
Which brings me to the online portion they sell with the postcards.
3 words - DON'T DO IT.
They auto-renewed us for this product, which we did not want in the first place. I believe we paid about $1500 for this service with our first mailing the online ads netted 42,000+ impressions and 10 clicks. Total waste of money.
Our campaign with them did not return positive ROI (we did not get back the thousands we paid for our mailings) and the terrible phone system and lack of single point of contact (or contact who does not call back or do what they say they will) makes this a bad marketing spend.
The only thing postcard mania does quickly and diligently - is call you to get your credit card number for payment. Don't do it. If you're going to use them - pay by check.
Stay away from them. Horrible customer service, to get one mailing done, you have to speak to multiple people & months of run around. I spent more then 13k for multiple mailings in march. After experiencing their in-efficient customer service, i requested refund for the remainder of the project and till date i am still struggling to get my money back. I wish i would have looked at the customer reviews before signing up with them.

Postcard Mania is a great resource for the small business owner looking to ramp up their marketing game. We needed some new postcards designed and were looking to do some mailings as well. They were very responsive to our questions, did multiple revisions to get the cards we liked and we look forward to a great return on our investment as we use them.
Unfortunately they shipped our postcards to the wrong area, many calls, many left voicemails. After a couple months they offered $50 credit. It was an expensive mistake but we, the customer, take the hit. No thanks.
