Good place for higher education counseling in Dhaka city. Behaviour is good and student friendly. Though a bit overcrowded.

Online payment mechanism is horrible. I paid for a test and then all of a sudden they cancelled my IELTS registration without notifying me. Later on when i inquired, they told me that they could not process the payment and hence my registration expired. A mere notification would have sufficed but they did not bother to provide me that - no email, no call and no sms. As a result I lost the opportunity to register for an exam for the next one month as all the available seats had been booked by then.

Outstanding helpful service is all that I can say. Working to every bits of step from getting admission till you receive your visa in your hand, you're going to find them helping you till the beginning of your University journey.

I received abundance of help from the team working with the Australian Universities. My prior counselor was Anika Ibnat apu who helped and supported me more than what I expected. IDP's Australian team, worked to help me reach my aimed University. And yes of course, now I am happy, to be in one of the highest ranked universities in the World and in Australia.

I had wonderful experience with IDP. All the counselors are cordial and helpful. I received great support and cooperation during my visa application and granting a visa.

Sending score from here is convenient. See the list of Universities and institutions you can send score for free. To send hard copy, they will charge you 2400/- BDT per report.

Excellent place for IELTS speaking test. It places at the center of Gulshan and quite convenient place to visit. They have 5 interview rooms and 1conference room. Staffs are well trained and well organised. They maintain the time frame as well. They have good security system too. But their interviewers are almost all from Bangladesh not foreigners

well, the staffs at enquiry and registration are fairly decent and well mannered but your counselling for a university abroad totally relies on your appointed counsellor. for example, my Australian counsellor was too friendly that i started feeling uncomfortable at some point but she was really friendly and helpful. but my canadian counsellor was not even close rather she kind of misguided me and wasn't helpful at all. anyway, i wish you all the best lucks for your endeavours. happy learning, peace.

After completing my Bachelor's degree, I wanted to go abroad for my higher studies. But I was totally clueless about the procedures. Then I got to know about IDP. I went there just to know about how to apply in foreign Universities. Then I met Ummul Khair Nessa apu there and she guided me through the whole procedures. And then she helped me for applying in universities and also in applying for my Australian student visa. And everyone I met in IDP was really cordial, which I really loved. IDP used to be good in the past but over the last few year their quality of service has gone down. The venues used for IELTS test are very low quality. It looks like they only want money from you. Their counselor service not up to mark. They don't care about you. I am not happy with their service at all.

i would highly suggest everyone not to choose Idp Bangladesh office for Ielts on their study abroad journey. I've registered for computer based Ielts in 13th February from Gulshan office because of the unavailability of frequent date from British council. the lady who have registered my application, manually instructed me the date of exam and venue. I've called them to learn about the time before arriving exam center and surprised that my name wasn't registered in their database and asked me to visit Gulshan office for more information.

the following day after visiting their office the same lady who registered apologies me for their technical mistakes and registered me again for 20th February and told me i don't need any extra money to spend this time also she gave me her personal number for any further consequences.

I've applied for an EOR to review my desired result in 25th February after receiving my Ielts exam results .again it was a horrible mistakes to apply EOR from their office. its been 4 month now I've been waiting for my EOR even though they told me it'll take maximum 20 days to process.

they told me to contact with Dhanmondi office after calling them several time on their office because only Dhanmondi office deal with computer based examiner.the same thing told by Dhanmondi office to contact with Gulshan office they have nothing to do with my EOR.

surprisingly, on June first week Gulshan office called and informed me that my results are ready to pick and 30 minute later they again called and said they have some complication so i should wait for next call.still they didn't called me and after calling them several time both in Gulshan and Dhanmondi they have no clue about my EOR. i will not recommend anyone Idp for their slow response and if you don't want any harassment.

Idp Bangladesh office is running by bunch of low skilled unprofessional who have no clue about their responsibilities

I really found the counselors of IDP to be very cooperative. My counselor was Ms. Ummul Khair Nessa and she was very helpful in dealing my case. Initially, one might find it a bit difficult in arranging all the papers but once the process starts it becomes relatively easy. I wish I should have contacted them in the first place. As a piece of advice to the new applicants, I request them all to contact IDP before starting the application process.
