I really found the counselors of IDP to be very cooperative. My counselor was Ms. Ummul Khair Nessa and she was very helpful in dealing my case. Initially, one might find it a bit difficult in arranging all the papers but once the process starts it becomes relatively easy. I wish I should have contacted them in the first place. As a piece of advice to the new applicants, I request them all to contact IDP before starting the application process.
