Online payment mechanism is horrible. I paid for a test and then all of a sudden they cancelled my IELTS registration without notifying me. Later on when i inquired, they told me that they could not process the payment and hence my registration expired. A mere notification would have sufficed but they did not bother to provide me that - no email, no call and no sms. As a result I lost the opportunity to register for an exam for the next one month as all the available seats had been booked by then.
