well, the staffs at enquiry and registration are fairly decent and well mannered but your counselling for a university abroad totally relies on your appointed counsellor. for example, my Australian counsellor was too friendly that i started feeling uncomfortable at some point but she was really friendly and helpful. but my canadian counsellor was not even close rather she kind of misguided me and wasn't helpful at all. anyway, i wish you all the best lucks for your endeavours. happy learning, peace.
