Computer Pro's provides average service. The technicians are knowledgeable, but the customer service could be better. They need to improve their response time and communication with customers. Overall, I had an average experience with them.

I had a bad experience with Computer Pro's. Their service was below average. The technician was not helpful and didn't solve my computer problem. I will not recommend them to anyone.
i spoke with joe over the phone, he offered me a laptop for 300$ with 150$ down, i sent him the payment through paypal within 5 minutes, i waited 3 weeks with no laptop, i then did my own research and found what he was selling me refurbished was 300 brand new, i called and asked for my deposit back , which in return i was screamed at and told he will take me to court and win! He offered me a laptop for the 150 i had already paid, being a women i took what he gave me as he threatened me before, the laptop was broekn never worked or turned on, i took it to two other computer repair shops to find out what he sold me was not worth more then 25$, i contacted him through facebook stating i wanted a refund for what he sold me, and he deleted his facebook page, i have since opened up a paypal claim against him , and if he does not respond i will be opening a civil suit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I have taken my computer to other places, but Computer pros are the best I've seen. They do not screw around but get the job done, and do it at a good price. No one does better work!
