Today I had IELTS general training exam at raowa convention hall under IDP bangladesh. This was the worst experience I have ever had. When we arrived at the exam hall we found that a party was going on next to our exam hall room. They were playing song with loud volume. We were assured that before starting the exam they will stop the music. But when we started section three of our listening test, they again started to play music in loudspeaker. All of the students in our room were distracted because of this loud music. The music was so loud that we could not even listen to anything of our listening test for about 5mins. Ultimately we lose our score. This is completely annoying. It's not acceptable at all. The IELTS exam centre should be calm and quite. We don't understand why they chose this centre and why did they allow this kind party to happen just adjacent to the exam room. I wont prefer anyone to give their exam under IDP bangladesh.

In my opinion, IDP Bangladesh is the best educational consultant in Dhaka. Very helpful, well organized. Provides appropriate advice based on previous educational experience. Every member of the IDP family are very friendly, Specially Ema Apu. She is very nice and helpful. The agents in this organizations are not professional when it comes to dealing with a client. They will only promote the uni which are easy to get in, this is specially for Australia. Sometimes it felt to me that the agent is trying to force the uni on students by sharing information like " they will reply late", "Easy migration to Australia", " Cheap tuition Fees" etc. Also if you don't have everything ready-made, don't expect that they will help you to sort out those documents. At the beginning, agents will be just handing out some list that you have to manage somehow (even some of them, you don't need). The most shocking thing was, when I found out how they handled one of my dream uni appliacation carelessly. My agent filled the whole application on their portal with wrong informations. Not event my uni name was correct and all the required field wasn't completed in my online application portal. They just filled out whatever necessary. Later they explained, It was becuase they uploaded everything in a pdf document. Well, you are submitting application to an uni which is in Top 50, this has to be taken seriously rather than just depending on the agent IDP has in that uni. If you leave field without filling up porper information, there's no doubt that I will face delay. Moreover, it represent me to the uni in a very poor way. Please make sure that your application is submitted properly with relevant correct information. Besides that, rude behavior with people who lacks basic knowledge on International Higher Education which I have seen a lot of time while been there for my own, especially when you ask a question via phone or text message it will take forever to get a reply from and to be honest the exact true information that you need, may not be revealed to you. Obviously, not everyone will be like that but majority of IDP agent will match my description easily. So, my suggestion is, please research thoroughly about the uni you are looking for, don't accept their answer without verifying. If you feel like they are being rude, report to the onsite manager immediately. Most of their work (for Australia) can be done by student, if you understand what has been written on the uni website & immigration office website.So, don't be upset if they turned you down because you didn't have their enlisted document. Explore the relevant websites for your chosen country and uni, everything is given there to follow step by step. Good luck!
I completed my IELTS exam in IDP Bangladesh. The things that fascinated me copiously are their interior design and behavior. Also, I have never taken the exam in such a mammoth hall. Although, I did not satisfied with my speaking exam. The teacher was robotic in the whole conversation. Other than that everything was outstanding. The headphone they provided me during the exam was excellent and up-to-date. Finally, I believe that it is still a sublime center to take the IELTS exam and hope that they will ameliorate their system more.
Daffodil International University (Sobhanbag Campus, Dhaka) is one of the test centres of IDP Education Bangladesh. The venue is not good enough because of its arrangement of chairs, lights and other facilities. IDP Education Bangladesh should opt for a better one.
