I have used Jeffrey Glassman's law firm a few times in the past and they never fail to amaze me. Just recently I had Jerry Fox assist me with an auto accident where I had suffered from injuries and then hurt financially from being out of work. I am still astonished at how hard Fox and his other affiliates at Glassman's office worked to ensure I was compensated fairly for my injuries. If you are looking for a law firm that will represent you correctly, that will put work into making sure that their clients are heard, are taken care of, and that you are satisfied with your settlement then these guys are who you are looking for. I would never recommend anyone else.

I have nothing but good things to say about this law firm and my lawyer Ryan Monaco. From the moment I contacted them,(scared and about emergency surgery during to my i jury), they were kind and accommodating.
They offered to come to NH and talk to me in person. I never felt alone in the process.
Ryan kept me informed and always returned emails or called back if I had questions.
I highly recommend this firm. The entire staff that I had dealings with were fantastic.

Oopp never comment but im feeling it today this law office is very slow with handling your case and i never look for them they found me and i wish they never did there up to no good why i was paid almost 900 dollars after going 3 month of therapy didnt evan work im always in pain from my accident the money i was given wasnt worth it my friends got into a small accident they got paid $5000 bucks and there wasnt evan hurt like i was and still am look if you looking for a lawyer wrong law office to deal with evan there secretary rude over the phone for 900 i almost waited a whole year that is very pathetic for a professional law firm especially to send scouters out to look for clients and con them into going with Jeffrey Glassman never wanted these people they just came out of nowhere you got my phone number my address and everything off of a police record they're highly disrespectful call you and ask you if you want to proceed with the cases then meet up with you in the street instead of telling you to come into the office unprofessionally and like I said it wasn't worth waiting a whole year for 900 bucks and my back still hurts in my neck boo to Jeffrey Glassman

I made an appointment to have an associate visit me at my home. He was supposed to call me on Thursday, the third of August confirming our appointment, for Friday the fourth of August. This was regarding an injury to my wife. The gentleman told me his name was Hager. Needless to say he never called me on Thursday nor did he show up on Friday. If this is a professional attorney, I would like to know what he considers unprofessional.

Jeffrey S. Glassman, LLC recently represented me in a small car accident just outside of Central Sq in Cambridge, MA. A cab rear-ended me and was kind of rude about it. So I sued them. And Jeff's group successfully obtained lost wages, coverage for my physical therapy, and a cash settlement going back to the negotiation 5 times. Awesome. Exactly what I wanted. They work as a team and delivered. I would frankly use them again if I unfortunately ever was injured again. I suspect their diligence and follow-up is better than a number of competitors. It's been well over a year and a half since I decided to give this law firm a chance and I made the decision to switch attorneys and still there is no resolution on my case on getting me the corresponding funds that I'm entitled to. I keep getting the same answer every time I email for updates or call for updates. Everything is rolling as it should and here we go again and again with the same answer months and months later. I go back to dates where I read the emails back and forth and nothing has changed from emails, the answer is always the same. Let's just hope this all comes to a positive resolution soon. In the meantime, I will continue to be positive and patient and hope for good news that would make my case worth all of this wait. And we have reached a successful resolution. I would highly recommend the law firm of Jeffrey Glassman and Associates for its professionalism and for its efficiency in relation to a no fault accident case in the state of Massachusetts. Following my accident (involving a car service firm and insurance for hospital and medical payments to a final settlement that took over a year,) the legal help and advice from the Jeffrey Glassman Firm was outstanding. From the paralegal, who was my first contact with the firm, through the other two attorneys who dealt with the documents, legal issues and contacts with the insurance firm needed in handling my case, all were professional, Knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and responsive to contact and deal with. Most importantly, they were diligent about pressing to obtain a full settlement from the insurance company.

Unfortunately, I became unable to work and started the SSDI process alone. After a denial, I contacted Attorney Ferrari. He took my case and helped me win. I felt well represented given his expertise. Attorney Ferrari is so passionate about helping clients and always answers questions thoroughly. Everyone who handled the case was very professional. A lot of agencies failed to take on my case, claiming it was too small, but not them. A big special thanks to Natasha Paris who closed the deal in the end and fought for the settlement she felt was owed. Over all it was a positive experience and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Convenient for me because I didn't have to go directly to the office. Everything was communicated via phone, email and mail. With any case the process is long but worth it. Official, i would recommend.

I was involved in a slip and fall accident almost 2 years ago. I contacted Jeffrey Glassman's office, I was told that it would be a long and hard process due to it being a slip and fall case. It took almost 2 years but I recently received a call from Michelle Hodgman with a large settlement offer. I am very happy with the services they provide. The office never kept me up to date on my case or returned my phone calls. The only guy that returned my calls was the spanish guy that he sent me in the beginning of my case to sign up my case and give me $500 to go with their law office. Then when the settlement came they took more than half of my settlement in attorney fees. I looked Glassman up on the Massachusetts BBO website and found that he has been in trouble with the board and was on probation for stealing clients money. Do Not use this law office !

What a great experience I had with the Glassman Law Firm, I had Laura Kiley Representing me and I got immediate results from my former employers Insurance company where they didn't want to give me an MRI and with Laura's persistence I got one after a year going back and forth on my own. Laura also had an assistant (Madeline) and she was just as great and always available, they made me feel like I was part of the Glassman family and there was a great possibility that there wouldn't be a settlement (in which my former employer didn't need to offer anything but I truly feel they did it in the best interest because of the great job that was done by my attorney) and so it really made me feel good that without hesitation there was an offer and they got paid for a job very much well done! I have been working with this company for more than 6 months and they have been very attentive to my needs. Nick and Machelle have been amazing when it comes to what I need and when I need it. First off id give 0 stars if i could but it wont let me!!! This has to be the worst ran law firm!!!! You only speak to a lawyer on intake and after that you get a paralegal if i'm paying you guys 33% the least i should get is a phone call back not a week and a half later and should be able to speak to a actual attorney not a paralegal!!! If anyone is reading this stay far away from this place trust me!!!!!! so i ended up going to Kantrovitz & Kantrovitz which i give 5 stars so far.. i only deal with an actual attorney and receive a phone call back within the same day....

I called the JEFFREY GLASSMAN FIRM looking for an attorney to to advise me on a situation regarding my Insurance Co. LIBERTY MUTUAL. My heater tank blew, they hired Stanley Steamer. Many errors occurred forcing us out of our home. Out of NO WHERE LIBERTY MUTUAL STOPPED PAYMENT ON HOTEL ETC.. (expenses. ) . This unexpected expense
Of our Mtg, utilities, eating out, hotel etc could drain us financially. Neither company wants to own what they have done to our HOME.
When calling, I was directed to a lovely woman by the name of KAREN GREENSTEIN . It was at the end of the day, end of the week, yet she listened to me for almost an hour with heartfelt compassion and understanding, only to sadly say her firm didn't handle my kind of case....BUT- she would truly try and find me an appropriate attorney that could.
Who, never mind, what kind, of ATTORNEY DOES THIS?? JEFFREY GLASSMAN CERTAINLY MUST INSPECT WHAT HE EXPECTS!! The caliber and compassion of Ms. Greenstein was unbelievable!

If I could rate this as a negative 100 I would the worst attorney you can trust with your case don't make the same mistake me and my wife did they will tell you they can take your case and then they give you your papers back !!!! The customer service is terrible when you can get a hold of them most of the time u can't and when they do they give u the run around . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone worst one they are crooks !!
